  1. I never liked the BfA dungeons until I went back to solo them at a later level and realized how much great detail, story references and NPC dialogue there was. They're now some of my favorites, but back when I would queue with a PUG we would rush through them so quickly that I didn't have a chance to see anything but the mobs. I'm looking forward to exploring more dungeons with the help of these NPC's.

  2. 8:40 ok NO, dont call M+ folks "dungeon runners" they HAVE to have ARE content heroic 5mans nerfed multi times, mech completly removed, adds that dont even use there full spells anymore. Thats what you do to make content EASYER. Hell the Everbloom 5man the add dont even respawn like they should or use the Black Hole spells, every time a 5man is converted to an M+ all mechs or half the mechs are removed that when there in a REAL 5 man they wipe left and right cause its not a run like a Reee to the end of you striate line then dont but it in the public group finder as if it a "challange"

  3. I don't watch WoW on twitch, because playing the game is more engaging than watching someone else do it. It helps that I also run a paly, so most content is soloable, albeit slowly – except those darn current dungeons. Which is why follower dungeons are IMHO the single biggest improvement in WoW gameplay since they added original flight. Encouraging multiplayer activity is fine, but when you put dungeons in the critical path of the story (I am looking at you, Shadowlands) – you force it, and that's not fun. Hopefully long-term this solves for that – I am looking forward to progressing in the Tyr questline without either having to drag my friends into things or try to PUG it.

  4. PER THE QUESTION: I don't watch streams, I'll watch vods on YouTube sometimes. I find twitch to be an obnoxious platform like most social platforms. Even then i hardly 'watch' YouTube vids/vods as much as i put them on to listen to in the background while I'm at work or taking a shit, a shower, in a waiting room, etc. Also in my mindset i find watching people LIVE, kinda creepy. This is just my opinion, so don't get butthurt viewers of this comment. But if you're into watching people do things in the moment and live ALL the time, i presume you aint got shit going for you in life in you find it normal to WATCH PEOPLE without interacting with them or knowing them (i don't consider.. txt chat.. to be real interaction, as much as talking to them over discord). If people watch someone live like its tv, kinda creepy. That said i also rarely watch tv cause I find it weird to watch people play pretend and get paid for it. My interest in YouTube vids/vods/clips is if im seeking information on certain subjects like how to obtain the latest legendary and how it works in between pvp and pve to see if i want to bother spending time trying to obtain it. Or getting a glimpse into new future content coming around the mountain. If im not learning something informative, it don't interest me. Video games are my entertainment around working 60+ hrs a week on top of being a dad, running a small business and always having some bullshit responsibilities to attend to. I don't have anything against people who spend their time doing things i find creepy cause its a me thing. You do you, i don't give a fuck what others do as long as its not affecting my life. Its just my opinion on the subject matter. I'm out here just trying to live it out like Shikamaru from Naruto. I find people annoying, interactions are a drag. I just want to play my games, make money to live comfortably, and have a quite family.

  5. Yep, last season I spent time setting up sniping operations for all the boe speed items from the raid. I also went sicko mode and Grinded out every bis azerite longstrider item for speed sets on every class in the game as well as on 4 druids. 😛 it was a grind but holy fuck I will never regret doing it.

  6. Why I dont watch twitch:
Because I'm 40 and I'd rather play a game I have, rather than look at someone play the game I already have. For me Twitch is for watching things you cant play yourself…but that's just my old 40 year old self speaking.

  7. I’m finding streams far too long to just sit and watch. I’d rather be doing something like dishes and listening in. But most streamers require that you be watching as well as listening to make sense of what’s going on. (just chatting category is usually the only one that doesn’t require it.)

  8. I went and tried out Brackenhide Hollow on the PTR as a tank a few weeks ago, and I pulled the whole place in the one go to see how the healer would handle it. Safe to say, that bot sweated out some load of ones and zero's 😂😂

  9. Being able to stop for cutscenes, being able to complete achievements, being able to take things at a reasonable pace, being able to learn your role and boss mechanics, being able to stop and complete quests… follower dungeons are a HUGE win, all around.

  10. There are two main reasons I prefer to watch WoW-related content on YouTube (whether scripted/informative or Let's Play style) as opposed to watching streams of WoW: 1.) They are playing music other than the in-game music. I don't care for most of the royalty free music that some streamers play in the background of their streams. I'd prefer them just have the in-game music on or even just the game sounds. 2.) There can often be too much non-related WoW conversations going on to which I have no interest in hearing. I definitely understand some people want that engagement with the streamer – to talk about things going on in real life or to hear their opinion of current events/trends/media/etc. but that is just not for me.

  11. Personally I never watch any live streams but that's mostly because my social anxiety is so bad that I cant even do that social interaction 💀
Also as a druid main that mostly mog collects I will Never regret the time and gold I put into making a speed set, they are one of the most useful things and I highly recommend them to everyone

  12. Lol wow was never a dungeon exploring game and to imply or insist it ever was is stupidity. Mostly because the dungeons are not randomly generated when zoning. If it’s the same every time it’s not exploring.

I will say in you level of English “Learn 2 English”

  13. I don’t really watch streamers while they play a game unless it specifically addresses a question that I have about a game.

I don’t use Twitch at all. What little streaming I have watched (maybe 2 hours worth in total) has been on YouTube.

  14. When I tested Follower Dungeons on the earliest 10.2.5 PTR, the general XP pace was about 1/3 of a level, fully rested, per dungeon. There's no "end of dungeon" hit, it's just kill XP.

Honestly, I'd take that for the peace of mind of… you know… avoiding today's PUG leveling dungeon game! I'd take that over "competitive spawns and clickables" in the open world!

I did the LFD farewell tour and now have 30 alts parked at 60, waiting to live in Follower Dungeons.

  15. I like watching Wow Classic livestreams because there is always something new happening, but I play Retail myself. I play Classic and WOTLK every now and then, but I normally play Retail.

  16. About the speed set for soloing old content, don't forget about Onyx Annulet from Forbidden Reach.

Pick and upgrade 1 Wind Sculpted Stone, 1 Swirling Mojo Stone and 1 Harmonic Music Stone and you will have a huge boost. Now when you talk about Azerite gear, you are right, it's still necessary stuff to get in order to greatly improve your speed.

  17. I would love to see follow dungeons expanded deeper on the lore in the dungeon itself for sure. I think a super cool idea would be to add lore specfic mogs inside of them that add both insight and depth to these forgotten dungeons. Id be stocked to get a mog resembling the butcher from Scholomance for example

  18. Why would I watch other people play if I could play wow myself? Why would I watch videos for entertainment if all most people do is talk sht or just talk about random stuff? I hear small talk all day long at work so last thing I want to hear when I get home is people complain about the game or their mom or dog or how life is helars etc etc, worse are the ones who are positive and I know they're earning thousands while doing something I dont get paid for. Meh.. I do watch guides, so I can improve my own time in game. I do watch news videos to save me time in doing the searching myself, though I click away if the person starts spewing their opinions because I honestly am not interested. I treat most youtubers like a paid service, you earn money off my view through constant ads, I want value for my money in return.

I like your videos as you give updates on the game, although to be fair I clicked on 10 other videos that said news was available and at the end it's everybody talking about the same topic in the same way with the same conclusions. Insane for example how many people made vids on the timeline as if it was ground-breaking news 😅

  19. Why watch other people play a video game online when you can play the video game yourself? I’ll never understand streaming and I don’t think it’s an indicator of a game’s player base.

  20. I would love all dungeons and lfr to have an AI version. Pls do not make it "harder" because the whole initial point is to invite new, returning or challenged players to learn and enjoy the story, the transmorg, hopefully even pets and mounts. So yes, turn them into stories, sequences, achievements even but do not make them more difficult! For that there is a Tower, there is irl grouping and mythic+. If you want to add a 2nd mode that's more challenging or can speed up to your mythic speed, or even has seasons of difficulties, that's cool but don't appropriate for high-enders what was designed as intro, casual, easy mode. It would defeat the whole purpose imho and we would be back to the same problem: everything is designed for pro.

  21. Twitch: I don't watch because I prefer to play. I run these kind of above video whilst playing routine wq or crafting, as an audio to keep up to date and because I enjoy your format and style. The only videos I actually "watch" are instructions when I am stuck doing something, exploits, ptr. Why watch if you can play the game?

  22. Well, since you asked, I don't watch WoW on Twitch because I have no interest in watching someone play a game, just to watch them play it. I'll watch a tutorial (on YouTube) so I'll know what is waiting in a dungeon or a video detailing upcoming content (e.g. an upcoming patch or expansion) but not some random playing a game. I'd rather be playing myself or doing something else.

  23. i'd rather play games than watch someone else. nothing against streamers, or people who enjoy watching, i just have no interest.

i do collect the free twitch prizes when they're offerred, but just mute the stream and let it run in the background. for something like that, i'd be happy to actually watch a streamer and support them for a few hours, but the prizes are always during new content launch….i don't want to destroy the storyline or the discovery of new things by watching someone else.

  24. It'll never happen, but for the followers it might be cool if you could somehow unlock a certain number of "actions" or "missions" per week, that lets you have them farm old simple content for i.e. mounts. I'm thinking instead of logging alts for mounts in pandaria, they just automatically try each week, but you still have to unlock that, maybe doing it 10 times first.

  25. I don’t watch wow, or other games, on twitch because if I want game content I usually just play the game. I watch wow news occasionally because it’s something different than watching other people do the same or similar tasks in WoW that I do.
