  1. I actually had to unsub from WoW — 5 characters, a job, and a life…I can't handle it. Barely enough time to get that first BG win for each character much less Choreghast, weekly, or literally anything else. That's all the spare time I can give and it's nowhere near enough…oh, well — I'll live vicariously through you, Para 😉

  2. Im the same way when it comes to chars, i cant main anything. Altoholic and always have been, like to keep it fresh when i jump back onto a char after a month and cant remember wtf im doing. lmfao

  3. In fairness you're right though. Because it's 100% true that there are legendaries that will completely make or break certain classes/specs. With them, crazy good to the point of being broken, without them crazy bad to the point of being broken. That is definitely a flawed gearing system.

  4. OMG!!! You passed up a Berserking!?!?! O.O WTF you did with Para??? Nah but lol actually awesome teammate move dude

Edit: The gear thing is why I main a single character. You know on my Monk, my Horde side main, during BfA I ran the Underbog mythic+ everyday for a month, sometimes multiple times a day, for ONE piece of gear. It never Dropped. The idea of even Trying to get gear on another character made me sick to my stomach after that.

  5. And i hope they listen to certain people and bring back pvp gear so pvpers are better at pvp and pve-ers at pve. Separate them.
Also if you finish your camp. you'll end up at 197

  6. Hope you don't mind my commenting 3 times. I should wait til the end of vids, but you touch on something or do something hilarious and I comment.

But I agree!! The dev team at Blizz are Great at coding, they make the game look and even run splendidly(for the most part), but I've been saying this since Cata…. They are Mathematically retarded. They have no idea how to count. Their numbers are always requiring tuning, and pruning; nerfs and buffs. It's been this way in every xpac… no joke from Cata on. With absolutely no signs it's going to get better, but plenty of signs it will get worse.

  7. I agree about the power creep, except I don't feel yet that it's the worst expansion so far for it. The numbers tell that story, yes. But, I don't know what it is, the power gaps have felt less terrible than BfA for me. And, in my opinion, the power gap between fresh max level and maxed-out max-level, IS and has been the source of many related problems for several expansions now. It felt a little alleviated in Legion because of stat templates in PvP.

Curious to know what you think, Para, of WoW Classic's power gap between fresh max-level and maxed-out, in comparison to modern WoW.

  8. Oh, and I forgot to mention: I do play a single main. But dealing with real-life responsibilities had caused me to fall one week behind and it has killed all my motivation to try and catch back up. There's way too many different progression elements that you can't do simultaneously — Soul Ash, Renown, Conduits, non-Legendary gear — and they are ALL mandatory if you want not to fall so far behind. And they killed the possibility of upgrades for casual and world content as well, so can't even get lucky there. But again, this goes back to the big problem — power gap between fresh max-level and maxed-out.

  9. This is like season 3 of Pandaria with PvP power. Geared characters don't just have double the health but do more than double the output "dmg, heals". Then add in conduits and legendries. As a fresh 60 you are totally irrelevant and only make an impact by spamming cc if you have it. The worst part is going into arena bombing your rating and still seeing 36k pve characters in the 800 bracket.

The prevalence of M+ gear choking new characters in the lower brackets clearly indicates that pve gear like always is about guild drama not ability. It'd be nice if they made honor gear not take months to farm only to still be irrelevant. There should be ilvl minimums on brackets forcing overgeared characters into higher brackets, if they can't win games too bad.

  10. I was all for item level scaling/balancing being gone but as a multi toon player I want it back for unrated pvp.
Gearing is so aids, gearing multiple toons is just… yikes.
Makes me want to not play.

  11. I feel like in instances pvp they should equalize ilvl to allow player skill to shine through. Say… everyone gets scaled to a max of 200ilvl if they are higher. Open world pvp should just be as it all is.

  12. I have mixed feelings about this. Just hit 60 on another alt, did bgs as i lvled 50-60 and hit 60 with 30k honor. Was able to instantly buy and upgrade a lot of gear. After 2 weeks, Im 205 ilvl with 35k hp. While the power creep is real, gear is easy to get. You dont see pve players complain that they hit 60 and cant go straight into current tier heroic raiding. If your aim is to pvp, plan accordingly as you lvl and dont expect to be handed stuff on a silver platter.

  13. Wasn't the whole point of the level squish back to 60 to make it so health pools and damage weren't just ridiculous numbers? Why'd they just go right back to 50k health pools after reducing the level cap to 60?

  14. a year or two ago health was 1.5 million

its always the same, a new expansion greens are better stats than prior xpac purples/legends

    start new xpac, get greens
    forget old expac end bosses/raids

  15. Power creep is bad in this expac, except if you play Beast Master Hunter, Havoc Demon Hunter, Demonology Warlock, Assassination Rogue, Destruction Warlock, Survival Hunter, etc…

  16. maybe lvl squish was just that, a bad idea. Idk why they don't just add 10 lvls, no fresh lvl 60 wants to be pitted against a 40k paladin it's so boring. They could also just make a better matchmaking tool, ilv based, rather than rating based.

  17. left shadowlands early only played for 2 months, more of the same garbage that we seen in the past. there is better games to play, time to put wow down and just remember it as fun times instead of constantly playing bad content and letting it go sour for me.
