Tournament was absolute trash. First it came out after Uldua, a raid commonly referred to as one of if not the best raid from Wrath. And then Trial of the Crusader had better gear than Ulduar and this on 4 difficulties.
Which meant that, if you wanted to gear properly, you had to do Trial over and over again because your ulduar gear didnt matter as much anymore. And you had to deal with the mechanics.
And.. one last thing. I'm sure everyone who did this raid back when it was current content had it happen to them at least once that they didnt do any damage after the horsing around stage😂😂
It was a “palate-cleanser” raid release in between two more substantial raids, Ulduar and ICC. Meant to get players gear caught up in anticipation of taking on the Lich King. Despite taking place in (mostly) one room, there’s still a fair amount of creativity in the encounters – after you defeat the initial menagerie of beasts prepared for you, a demonic summoning goes awry (the results of which have been memed on for years in the WoW community), the opposite faction jumps your raid from the stands in a PVP-style raid encounter, and at the end the goddamn Lich King himself shows up completely undefended but pulls an Uno Reverse by revealing that the coliseum was built over Nerubian tunnels, and collapsing the floor from under you to deliver you to his monstrous spider/beetle crypt lord servant as the final boss! I always found the raid quite fun.
I swear that people who play this game love to whine for no reason. I'd much rather sit through a little RP than run really far clearing massive amounts of trash packs.
Yeah I don’t think any raid could have stood between ulduar and ice crown and looked good like even the best raids from other expansions would look on par
Dude, the mount tied to this raid were not a single person can die in your raid party to obtain the mount is insane.
These raids are fun, i am overleveled but i like exploring these older raids ❤
Raids went to absolute shit after Ulduar

This raid was great because my guild would do 2 5/5 runs and then a 4/5 pug in like 3 hours. 😂
Here's one world of Warcraft fact you absolutely don't know of unless you play hunter;
Feint death can kill you. Once the timer runs out you die.
Had a few friends that could have asked me about huntard before they tried hardcore with hunter 👻
Also glad your feeling better!🎉
Most people I knew, disliked the daily quests the most. Pvpers get to shine a lil bit because the pvp element that pves hated.
I have the Grand Crusader title. Was a long fight to get. But we got it
I could go for another trial of the crusade raid.
Agreed but wrath had so many raids a lot of them all In a single room
I enjoyed it
I loved it to

Farming this rn, hate it …
we were too casual for a 50/50 raid, best we managed was 1 death
