**Just a clarification: You can purchase the conduits on all your characters, but it's not an account wide upgrade when you buy it once. Sorry for any confusion!
You can buy it from any of the vendors at that place. Doesn’t have to be yours

Not across all characters just the one you buy it on
remember to have your main covenant selected as i believe this only 278's your current covenant conduit (it did in s3 when you got elite etc anyways)
