Ya I’m really impressed with it they did an amazing job. Got to 60 and chose my. Venthir covenant. It’s a deep sandbox and will keep me busy for a long time.
I'm loving it! I already have my main(druid) max level, and I think this is going to be the first expansion that I actually have more than 3 max level characters, because I'm curious to see the other covenant stories

I got off WoW with Legion. Missed all of BfA so I'd be really far behing if I'd start playing Shadowlands – so I won't. I enjoy watching others play it though. Way cheaper too.

My hunter is 60 in Aardenweald and my Paladin is 51 in Bastion. One of my favorite things is the play , another is the Ysera questline.
I’m enjoying it. It’s nice to see all these characters that have died. I’m afraid that is tripping the nostalgia in my head and blinding some of what is bad.

Well you see Crendor here on EU servers blizzard cannot handle the players so I haven't been able to play since launch and even then.

I ended up like 2 days late because I decided I wanted to main a Vulpara warrior and I had to level at the last second. But I'm enjoying it so far, also surprised how much I'm liking Maldraxxus and it's weird flesh grave planet vibe, but I'm exited to get to Ardenweald

new expansions are always fun, the problem i have with em is the lack of longevity. most people leave a month after release. enjoying shadowlands 3 days in? sure !

Not having a physical release really dampened the little excitement I had. I am however enjoying playin on a trial account for an hour per week.

I hate the leveling, I couldn’t care less for the story and characters. Obnoxious and overbearing. People say the art team are carrying the game but I strongly disagree.
I'm still leveling from 1-50, and I'm having more fun in retail WoW than I have in like 3 or 4 years. I absolutely love the new leveling system
I love shadowlands!
Ive been enjoying the hell out of shadowlands. leveling a druid with my BF and pally by myself. My biggest complaints so far would have to be the phasing changes being absolutely horrible although i understand the need for a change, also is its a bit TOO linear in some respects where i feel side quests took a real back seat which some will love but it is a bit disappointing for someone who enjoyed getting their loremaster title. That said the focus on story has been great.

Loving Shadowlands, mainly because I finally have stuff to do, ever since my guild finished Mythic Ny'Alotha and we got everyone's mounts, then prepatch came so I lost interest in refarming mythic+ scores.
All in all, done with all mythics, torghast and weeklys on my main, guild's ready to blast heroic and then mythic as soon as they open. Loved the story, loved Torghast, dungeons are really fun. I'm yet to try out the PvP, but it has potential from what I've heard. 🙂
Too much darn tongue in cheek, lolcow questing like with Legion. People like the wacky, zany atmosphere but I was hoping for more lore. I guess it's just being kept in instances for us?

I was sure that crendor would stand at the starting quest to shadowlands seeing everyone getting teleported And going. " Well . Back to karazhan and do my mount farming".
Forgot that it will be released, bought mk11…now i play just mk11. Even have a sub, bit dont feel the urge to play like i do for mk11. But seeing so many positive comments, i will give it a try.
I got to bastion then basically only farmed. I now have more gold then I’ve ever had total on this character (started them in wod) I’m half a level from 60
I want to be able to skip that intro but otherwise I’ve been enjoying.
I got to 60 yesterday, however I'm not done with Revendreath yet, and currently I'm fighting the login queue boss.
Honeymoon Phase still. I Heard a lot of people hatte the Systems and kyrin storytelling was slow.
Anyway i decided to Not unpack my CE and dont play from the Start since ever. I am currently enjoying Yakuza Like a Dragon which is the best game of the year for me
If you're looking to make gold with your professions, I'd say don't go for Engineering, it's not great in SL. You can still make gold with some old world stuff with it though. Something like LW, Tailoring, or BS seems great cause of the Legendary base items.

I really like the game, the zones and the storyline. Let's hope the endgame holds up as well ;). I'm actually positively surprised. I really thought shadowlands would be the last wow expansion, because the game would plummit.
Haven't bought it, need to see more before spending money on a Blizzard product after BFA
Sadly not been able to play properly because of my new job and my shift times, but this Friday night through to Sunday I'll be able to go ham with my Frost DK and can't wait-game looks gorgeous and heard nothing but positive things about the levelling experience.
I love it so far. I guess the old "good bad good bad" formula Blizz have been using for WoW expansions since Wrath is still holding true. I was told Ardenweald was going to suck by some of my guildies who powered ahead of me but I kinda liked it. Strong Dark Crystal vibes.
I thought the questing was pretty bad. Its so controlled and simple.
I'm not enjoying it too much as of yet but I have only just reached Maldraxxus. Haven't had much time as it got delayed so I'm busy with work during release and queue times and server crashes have been rampant on my realm.
I think my biggest issue is Classic. Normally I go ham on every new expansion and play it to bits for 2-3 months. Then I barely play at all until content patch number 2-3 and then I play a lot again. Then I pretty much stop playing entirely until the next expansion.
So normally I have like at least one full year from WoW before the new expansion releases. Classic has made my cycle go all out of whack as I've played a lot of Classic this year so I don't have the same hunger for playing WoW as I normally do around the release of new expansions.
I won't say Shadowlands is bad. I think Blizzard has done some smart things with this expansion, the levelling is far shorter than it normally is so you reach level 60 much faster and the game seems to really open up at max level much more so than ever before. If you enjoy questing you have a ton of additional content through your covenant. So they've pretty much cut the levelling in half, but you get the last half at max level IF you enjoy it and choose to do it. If you don't enjoy questing you can pretty much get anima in order to progress your character in any means you desire. You like questing? Well here is a bunch of additional questing and story for you. You enjoy dungeons? Go ahead and farm does, you'll get anima from those as well. You don't enjoy PvE you say? Be my quest and go and do PvP content and we'll make sure you get efficient amounts of anima through PvP.
All of these are great choices and most of the content has moved into a weekly cap/grind instead more of daily cap/grind as it has been for the past two expansion. These are some great quality of life improvements.
But for myself personally, I just can't enjoy the gameplay loop of World of Warcraft for extended periods of time. I just can't shake the feeling of it feeling rather dated and there are so many great games being released all the time these days combating for my attention. I love WoW in portions and Classic has just left me with not much of a hunger for a bunch of more WoW gaming in my life right now. It's not like Shadowlands does anything to change how the game is to play. If one would erase my memory of WoW and dropped me into Legion in 2020 it wouldn't feel much different to Shadowlands in-terms of overall gameplay feel and whatnot. The game hasn't really evolved at all for years and that might be okay for some but for me this means I have to take breaks from the game in order to get my hunger for this rather dated gameplay back up.
And currently, for me, I'm just not there right now.
Honestly I'm extremely bored. This expansion is actually slowly killing my enjoyment of Wow.
Enjoyed what I've could, 3/4ths been on the queue to get in Draenor EU. Otherwise seems good, still in Bastion though.
