Will I need to complete the Breaching the Tomb achievement on just one character or will I need to complete it on each class?
does this have to be done on all my alts or just one toon?
Is any of the quest timegated? So you cant just do the hole thing in one day?

Every step required on Breaching the Tomb has an identically named quest tied to it, so you don't need to worry about the raid/dungeon quests. If you don't see anything after doing the assault (Defending Broken isles) it's because you haven't finished your class campaign.
