  1. have been a mage for years but now mained a BM hunter and it's so much fun. no stress. always good dps, always the pick to counter mechanics in a fight. you can't go wrong. it's what I'll main in SL. an keep my mage and shaman updated aswell

  2. I would say that the easiest melee is actually Demon Hunter. Super mobility, super strong damage and a big self sustain. And very few abilities to manage. For soloing, they are basically easy mode. Especially since their strongest attack is actually AoE attack… and because they have so few abilities, even some of their fillers are AoE, so you don't even need to think about what abilities to use between single target and multi target. You just go and mow everything down. It only creates a problem in very specific and rare circumstances when you are fighting enemies in middle of super strong neutral mobs that you don't want to agro. But that's not really something that happens often. Almost never.

  3. Not a single mention about the Guardian Druid
Not a single mention how the Druid is the only class capable of all FOUR roles
Not a single mention how the Hunter also has a melee spec to change things up

  4. I'm not bothered with stuff like this. I always main the same character, indiferent of expansion.

But the alts I have lined up are my mage, my shaman, and rogue (see if i can do more with her than I did in BFA).

  5. 14 years of playing. I got 22 characters. I wanna try sth new but I can't let go of my WOD LEG BFA rare skins of main Shaman Hunter Paladin Monk Priest. I'm kinda binded. Legion I played 5 main charaters especially Shaman but I knew it's difficult for him to play Mystic Dungeon. Paladin Holy is great but I hate now 2 kind of ressources. Shit it's hard.

  6. Now I'm even more undecided. I love my Warlock, My Rogue, My Warrior, My Priest. just coming back after 2 yr break. Only played BFA for 2 weeks with Priest. Then I bring in my Warrior, watching this video I remembered how much fun it was to play my Rogue, but my Warlock was my first love. What to do?

  7. Ive been playing ff14 for 2 years. I hear a lot of shit this game is getting from players and is the reason I havent try it yet. If the new expansion turns out to be a success I will try WOW.

  8. My main is mostly ret paladin and resto druid…but with heavy doses of DK and hunter also. My gel is with nature purple elves but I love playing ret and they get some of the best looking armor in the game. Oh, and I also like mages.

  9. Thumbs down for suggesting that Demon Hunters are still a playable class. Non-PvP players, who never embarrassed a PvPer on Twitch, are still screwed at an epic level. Not an exaggeration–no more killing a Rare by yourself. No more Horrific Vision with two masks–the Demon Hunter will DIE. You should select the Demon Hunter to while away COVID-19 lockdown if you enjoy DYING at the least provocation. Spent thousands of hours since Legion getting your DH main in top form? Sucks to be you! DH is half to a third its strength compared to pre October 13th. F@#&ing Blizzard.

  10. Not sure i LOVE my demon hunter, but at the same time i want to level a void elf because i just enjoy the look of that race, Might go for a hunter give that a try.

I've never really played WOW deep into "endgame" so i don't really have mains i just play the expansion when they come out and generally disappear again so i'm not sure. I kinda want WOW to pull me in this time so i can invest a little more time into it then i normally would.

Compared to FF XIV i've always found the endgame gear/progression to be a bit all over the place and not easy to follow i also don't have a Guild in WOW which would help alot.

  12. My problem is that I have ZERO interest in playing anything on retail at all now.
I would like to get into it but it's complete boring garbage compared to classic. I have every class and race in the game at cap and I don't want to play a single one. Sad but I guess that's how it is.

  13. Fair call on healers being crucial to keeping the group alive, but in all fairness. Other than specific boss fights, don't forget this important key in grouping – especially dungeons. If the tank dies, its the healer's fault. If the healer dies, its the tanks fault. If the DPS die, its their own fault. Don't put it on healers to keep people alive that don't play their role as intended.

That said. If a healer is aware that a dps is doing more than their share of damage, don't be surprised if that dps gets all the healing it needs.
