Actually that was my pick too. After really testing all those abilities out turns out night fae is good choice for warriors. I play protection, and night fae is the kinda only really useful stuff. Venthyr good but shadow damage instead of physical on warrior ? + the fact that they keep buffing his execute even tho it’s the last thing prot warrior need. Night fae definitely the choice, good for mythics and very viable in pvp with vulpin. Other then that I would say Kyrian is good but I didn’t like them at all, Necrolords and Venthyr are just terrible for prots, even tho I really liked the lore of necro fellas.

Night fae is my fav but I went Venthyr.. condemn is awesome and the cleave is better than I thought it would be
Nightfae is actually kinda broken that soulshape… another way to quick reset charge and such… the healing while kiting.. thats broken in many pvp ways

I chose Faerie for my warrior, it just seemed honestly like a no-braimer, I thought about Maldraxxas but it honestly was an easy decision

My main problem with the banner from.necros is that is a 3 minute cd for no reason.
But I see the ability as a support ability for the party as well not only me. Wouldn't mind giving crit bonus to fire mages and rogues lol
For any shamans here the venthir is just too good on us. Especially enhance cause chain harvest can be instant cast with our maelstrom weapon procs and it does mad aoe damage and healing.
Spear will help with the damn pillar huggers. So that u can place it to force them to stop or go a different route. And even if they trinket that it can buy you time to leap charge and bolt and they will have to sit it. So they can pick their poison either stop pillar hugging or use trinket and run risk to get stun for full

It’s tough to beat Kyrian…Once you scale at higher Item level, it’s going to be a demon. It’s Kyrian all the way.
Personally I like to think of the fae more in terms of real life fae folklore. Which is definitely NOT cute and fluffy. Irish fae folklore, for example, a lot of that is kinda terrifying.

Venthyr is the highest single target and execute for warrior.
Also with the shield you get from condemn as arms spec, you can mostly maintain it
I'm actually so stoked to see a good warrior using Night Fae because I've been AGONIZING over my choice since launch. I went Kyrian because the spear into your avatar + warbreaker + bladestorm is just NUTTY plus the 55% hp heal from the phial (with that one conduit) can be a legit gamechanger, but there is nothing else about Bastion or the covenant that I enjoy AT ALL.
Ardenweald is so much more attractive to me. I love the lore, I love the plot, I tolerate the faeries. I know Aftershock isn't as good utility as spear and it's going to be harder to use in PvP, but one thing I really miss about maining WW is just being able to GTFO and Soulshape does just that.
I'll give it up until the first balance patch to see how it goes, but if they nerf the spear even a little bit I think I'm gonna swap immediately.

It'll be a pain if you try and port from a Kyrian warr for some heals only to get speared in place.
i was sitting for an hour going over al of this, the kid inside wanted to go night fae but the dps pver knew ventyr would be optimal.. and now the guild is making me tank so i have to swap to nightfae after getting 6th reknown… sighs
