If you came here looking for where to use; Greater Dutiful Spirit, Greater Prideful Spirit, and/or Greater Untamed Spirit , you use them in the Queens conservatory. Which is on the bottom floor of Heart of the forest, on the right. Go stand in the glowing floor next to that faerie and click the extra action button.
