still not addressing monks healing issues sigh.
fel dev leggo was 30% on beta, as it sits now with 226 conduit fel dev will be a 49 second CD.
iv been running crimson rune for the last month, i have it at rank 4 and i love it. i use it on pull, when it drops off i hit swarming mist and my rp goes nuts and im spamming death strikes to stop from over capping, this brings back vamp blood very fast, damage seems to be 200k-300k lower than super strain zone wide. i feel safer having rune weapon at the start of each pull it makes threat not as much as an issue is when u use the boots, im doing 16-17 level keys
Hahaha I only rock crimson rune from day one. I got mocked. This is a huge buff with my tombstone.
Also with the kyrian buff I've noticed a huge increase in dps and defensive uptime use. I'm so excited to play when I log on. Awesome stuff!
Prot Warrior got the leggo that applies Shield Wall to your party buffed…it now makes Shield Wall have 2 charges as well. Pretty interesting
I really want to try the vampiric blood one now, comboed with swarming mists large rp generation. Might try it on ptr and see what the down time is, same with the crimson rune weapon.
Pretty sure you can just keep creating copies of your account that has the legendary vessel in your inventory to try them all on the ptr. Thats how i tested all the other covenant abilites, you should try that i’d love to see videos testing them out
I'm not sure the leech from vamp blood will affect the party. I think that is just an additional perk the leggo provides for us.
I screamed in excitement when I saw the change to Crimson Rune. Can't wait!
The ardent defender one looks interesting but the language needs to be clarified, I think. Since the conduit increases the duration and decreases the cooldown of ardent defender, is the cooldown set to 60 seconds after? I hope not as then the cd reduction of the ardent defender conduit is cut in half. It'd also mean that the extra cd reduction from spamming shield of the righteous during holy avenger is now nil if you use this legendary.
The blood dk changes look amazing. For crimson rune weapon, the "generates 5 bone shield charges" has great synergy with tombstone and blood tap. Gorefiend's is also a nice change since it gives you a free death strike. The vamp aura still seems meh, leech only heals you for outgoing heals and outgoing damage. It's a positive step towards improving its utility but not really good unless they are allowing you to have 2 legos equipped in future.
That is just too long of a duration I agree. Exciting how much attention blood is getting.
I did a 16 yesterday, and we downgraded it and got 2 items on live not ptr.
Some of these legendary buffs are pretty amazing. But they lead me to believe that double legendary equips are way farther off than players seem to think, if ever at all.
At the bottom of the patch notes they said the gargons in the Sanguine Depths gauntlet and the ambushers from Domina Venomblade no longer contribute to Necrotic affix as well.
CRW buff seems pretty insane. Will no longer be afraid of fortified packs with that up every pull. Maybe people will stop thinking DKs are squishy smh
the warrior legendary that gives shield block on charge and intervene, if that doesnt take a charge away of ur shield block thats gona be the most broken legendary ever, insane uptime increase on shield block, pretty much 100% uptime then like it was in bfa
Ret Paladin needs a buff in PVE. It's impossible to stay on top of the dmg meters as Ret Paladin in longer fights. Don't get me wrong, Ret Paladin has good short burst, but for longer fights they simply fall behind a lot of other classes.
Maybe some tiny buffs to a few talents would do the trick.
