  1. This is basically the SOD season on Pandaria expansion, not really anything ground breaking. SOD in fact is just mixing with lots of talent/skills/item designs from various expansions into an old content, at first glance, it does provide some sort of excitement but the bottomline is : those are still old content. Pandamonium can actually go much wild than SOD because it sounds like another "time limited event", so they dont really need to care about much of balance or OP etc. I think it will be fun to play, but again, keep copying this kind of model to recycle old content is just lazy and not good for the game in long run.

  2. I'd like some reassurance that no matter what class I pick, I'm not missing out on the transmog potential of others, and I wonder why we couldn't take a current character and scale them to the content 10-70 instead of making a whole new character, since Tuskarr aren't going to be added I'm kind of alt-ed out

  3. I think my only gripe about this is, it's a PVE Plunderstorm taking us out of the game, and making us play another weird version of retail, especially of old content no less.
I was hoping this would be implemented in retail and help revive MoP as an expansion, but now I'm disappointed that's not going to happen. I come from GW2 where there's always a reason to go back to the old expansions for metas, achis, collections, legendaries etc. WoW doesn't give much reason outside of tmog, mount and rep collecting that's really only ever the incentive as to why a player will go back to these older expansions. This could have been a chance for a soft reboot to our beloved old content and given us a reason to populate the artistically beautiful zones and engage in while collecting these new rewards but, I guess we're stuck with this instead.
That being said, I'll still do it, but I'd prefer if it was in retail itself and not FOMO.

  4. I love the idea of this, in general, but not with the aspect of a brand new seasonal character that takes up more (albeit new) slots in your roster. Let me optionally bind this to an existing alt that can be linked to the progress made and carry that over after the event, back to the linked alt. Not new characters that leapfrog and replace what I already have. Please?

  5. It seems fun and innovative. Here's my (sorta)doom take though – I did MOP originally in an active guild – heroic raids and stuff – but that was before 'life' happened (and our guild imploded after Legion) and I just didn't have time to do that content any more. I like to solo old stuff these days if I raid at all (or duo with a friend). If we're making new toons that are going to be way (over) powerful, I'd like to be able to solo stuff (normal level doesn't have to be heroic) as a compensation for having to park my main toon again. I'll give this a go but as long as there's no penalty I'd delete the 'new' toon after the event ends as I already have way too many alts.

  6. This sounds super fun, like SOD meets Onyx Annulet meets Xmog party. I have plenty of alts as it is, so I don't really see the point of levelling several more, so I'm kind of sort of hoping they're introducing new class/race combos for us to have fun with now, so we can play them once the new expansion comes out?

  7. Time limited events should be time played not an overall timed event. Some people like me cant play all the time and I dont participate in time limited events like plunder storm of fear of putting in alot of effort and then running out of time to get the rewards I'm there for.
