Ive heard mixed opinions on worst wow expansion and thought the general consensus was BFA lol
It was Cataclysm until WOD imo
It was definitely undercooked, a bunch of content got cut too so there was a drought between patches. Garrisons were supposed to have a bunch of different locations you could choose, and a whole new zone got cut. I started playing during WoD so I'm definitely biased, but I personally still really liked it. I really enjoyed the aesthetics of HFC, Velhari and Zakuun are still the best voice acted bosses imo. That raid & those two bosses is why I main a Man'ari warlock now.
Only real issue was content amount and pacing. People got bored too quick. Story was one of the better of the time, just didn’t offer much in terms of gameplay
