I highly highly recommend downloading Narcissus addon. The author is doing a fantastic job on it and he just added gem management for MoP Remix. You basically never have to open your bags for gems again, unless you want to combine them into the next tier. The UI for it looks like clean and simple

Dude I just downloaded Dialog UI it's so nice. Like immersion but zooms in on quest giver and pops up the quest like a scroll really nice.
