  6. I'm watching arcane crystals on my server. They are 850g+ on my server, and Elementium Bars are 8.5k gold, so pretty much a wash, with transmute procs as my only gains.. I did a few rounds in Wintersprings to get a feel for arcane crystal drops, and I get about 6% drops from small thorium veins and 15% drops from rich Thorium veins. Those numbers are probably skewed, as they are roughly a crystal per thorium ore of 3.3%. Obviously buying them in bulk off the AH, if you can get good deals, is better than farming them, but I enjoy the mind numbing drudgery of farming. Unfortunately this video has probably increased the arcane crystals prices and decreased the Elementium Bar prices due to competition, but given time, things will roll back to normal.
