  1. What a bad take. Complains the 1% pvpers cant decide that pvp gear should be equalised, but then advocates for 'no wow tokens' and getting high end raid gear into pvp. Im sorry but im part of the large group of people that hops on casually and I like the option of tokens so I dont have time to farm and I like equal pvp gear so I can hop in for a game I enjoy on any of my characters and not have to worry about farming 4 nights a week on a schedule to get gear that wont have me get one shot.

I'm sorry but I can live with playing a game a lot and getting skilled at it and that allowing you to be better than another player. I dont mind getting owned by someone thats good or better, or if I dont have a skill to do a raid. But if you want the amount of time u can invest in a game determine wether u can play it properly or not, thats ass. We're not all streamers that can sit at home and get paid to play games all day.

  2. I think you contradicted yourself like 4 times. Wow is easy, but also hard? You're not a casual player with 35k hours, so i think weird to act like you are. You are part of the top 10 percent whther you think so or not.

  3. 8:40 in another video yesterday he was pointing out that the game always was easy and what is the problem:)))) Asmongold switches sides from a video to another that is why he is depressed and has chest pressure that he thinks is from his shitty health, meanwhile is due to his shitty character

  4. The game changed and is trash. Counter-Strike is in the same situation. Both games are barely shadows of what they used to be. We didn't outgrew this games, they turned to shit. Unless you have a serious addiction, there comes a point where you end up being miserable playing it and you say to yourself "that's enough".

  5. I've never played WoW but I like listening to these so I can better identify the signs of bad design early in games I do play. I did, however, play ow once upon a time and still follow it's progression from a distance, and there is a lot of overlap in issues e.g. giving everybody excessive survivability tools which means no one can get anything done.

  6. I stopped playing a decade ago when Blizzard thought it was a good idea to invite the Anita clan in, and decided all their games had to be become social political conscience platforms. These sob videos "wondering where it went wrong" are a dime and dozen and a joke of you ask me. The game has had zillion of rounds of censorship, hosing down everything that could be hosed down and more and more (predatory) monetization shoved into it; heck the devs even stated zillions that the game wasn't meant for you anymore. Yet him and so many others choose to continue to reward and incentivize Blizzard to keep eroding this once magical pillar of gaming. This applies to so many other gaming franchises out there, corporations and activist are to blame for a whole lot. Yet a significant part of the player base that cries wolf through these kinds of videos, have been just as much part of the problem of the erosion of WOW and video games in general.

  7. Can't blaim Quin for quiting. If you check out what wow has become. It's filled basically with cozy token characters pandering every ESG/DE-I woke wet dream. Stories and gameplay are bland and stupid asf. Not worth anymore the time honestly. There are better games to spend time with. Specially singleplayer games

  8. This community is just weird. Instead of gaming, grinding something, enjoy the game. They'd rather write to you and flirt with you….and then they're usually guys….then you tell them that you're a guy too, it doesn't matter to them 😀 Alt+4 I don't know….BabyInc . Games

  9. They didnt even taste content and started to complain. Asmon just makes dramas for content and says more and more dumb shit. He had good ideas about WOW in 2015-2018 but not now, he just hears nostlagia in his head

  10. The last 3 expansions I've stopped playing 6-9 months before the next expansion due to complete boredom. Also not being able to get into random keys (6-10+) is also a massive problem if you are a casual player. Therefore, I stopped playing and haven't bought the new expansion and have no intention of playing Wow again.

  11. I only play when i get hype randomly most of times and ofc when something new comes out , dont really like pvp but i dont really like hardcore pve either , just play for a while doing sht , maybe farm some mounts or gear and thats it , having warmode off for quite a while now , seen alliance been alliance and do stupid stuff as always hunt low level (good example on this release where asmon and some child's were there for spawn kill) am pretty sure horde does this as well but well fk it ,havent played the new release yet not sure if i ever do , but am too old to have that sht going on , just for a monkey to feel happy killing a low level , go catch some banana pretty sure you know more than one way to eat it xD

  12. you are just trashing on pvp because you suck at it, you know it, I know it, everybody knows it. Classic Wow was made on horde vs alliance, world PVP was one of the main things. I will never forget some world battles I head, raiding orgrimmar and stormwind. Outplaying someone who is more geared than you, and winning a 1v2, it all adds up to the fun pvp has. You speak how nobody wants to get camped. I do, I love it, because if I win next time, its going to be very rewarding. You don't understand that, because you never outplayed anyone in PVP. and even if you did, you cannot replicate it, and that is the reason for your hate. Mmos were all about doing what you find fun, what you like the most, and gatekeeping the game saying nobody should care about pvp is just wrong and cringe. Seeing people on a server all doing what they find fun is what MMOS are all about, some pve, some pvp, some doing the transmog. just stop hating on something that you suck at, I don't hate pve players just because I don't play it and I don't find fighting against NPC's rewarding or challenging. And don't say go play cs or dota, its not the same feeling buddy, and you know it.

  13. The 3v1 argument is pretty meh, you agreed to play on those terms, Thats like complaining you're aleays 2v1/3v1 in Elden Ring when invading when you're aware that you can only invade worlds that have helpful summons in it outside of the taunter's tongue. In both case you should always be ready if enemies are about. I have never not expect the opposite member to not jump me randomly when they're going to be done with their quest

Flying mountd 100% is aweful for the game, they should of increased the ground speed mounts instead and allow flyers only in certain zones

  14. PVP rating are good, satisfaction of flexing your rating is the same as flexing legendary gear.

Speaking of LoL. the entry wall for new players nowadays is super big, inflated numbers of smurf accounts, hundreds of champions compared to what it was in season3 when i started playing, after i quit MoP and WoW all together. (main reason was LoL is a f2p game)

Asmon does have a valid point at the game not being correctly balanced for the midtier player base:
If you balance for top 0.1%, entry wall will be too difficult or tiresome to attract new players to keep the game growing.
If you balance for the bottom of the playerbase, everything will be automated and turn into simple chores with no sense of reward.
As players is easy to identify because you are the one experiencing the issue. but its super difficult to find good answers to solve the issue.

I played WoW from BC to MoP: in MoP the "when everyone is super, no one is" feeling started to emerge and at the same time LoL was exploding in popularity and it was F2P
I played LoL from s3 to s8 with a bit of s10. at the last seasons i played i started to get the same feeling of "when everyone is super, no one is"
So what i have now is a group to play CS2 (PvP), and PoE(PvE).
GGG is doing a really great job with PoE so far, I still have my doubts on how PoE1 and 2 will coexist.
Valve is doing a somewhat mediocre job with cs2. They upgraded engine so its overall good to start fresh again. but the delivery of cs2 to compete with other shooters was ungodly awful holy shit.

  15. Just pick pve. there is more world pvp on a pve server.
It's crazy but it's true. You can organize pvp events on a pve server.
PvP servers always go one sided. it starts at 45% – 55%
but then the 45% side starts to blame their losses on being outnumbered and they leave.
Every single time. World pvp is just a gankers paradise. it's never fair. pvp needs consent.
so pick pve and organize pvp events.

  16. Normally I agree with most of asmon's takes but the idea that wow should have no rating is insane. Sure let skirmish or random bgs have op pve gear but there is a scene for rated arena , solo shuff , blitz, and rbg. To say it's not a competitive game is just not true. Quinn just sounds like someone who is mad they can't one shot everyone instead of win by skill. Wild lol. The way that pvp gear is done and acquired now is the best system wow has ever had. I've played pve and competitive pvp since wrath as well as many other competitive games. There is no pvp game like wow pvp.

  17. Lot of Runescape players like wow players. Stuck in sunk cost fallacy and cant quit even tho they lost their passion to play so they play because they dont want to get behind or all that time was for nothing. So they keep playing and complaining. Took me a long time to finally quit. I want to enjoy the game like i used to but it does nothing for me now so i can hardly even login let alone play. I just login to not lose my name. Im years behind now its crazy and almost unthinkable to catch up now.
