Im gonna be frost DK just because of the changes of 2hand. Even if they nerf the shit out of it. lol I just love frost dk since WOTLK. If it aint works out enough. I always have my arms warrior. That never failed the fun for me in pvp. Maybe even rogue because of the warmode. Old times world ganking is back it seems ^^

Blood dk tank is very good atm if I am right. Maybe it changed again. Not 100% sure tho.

I'm REALLY curious what you would think of Survival Hunter if you played it for a bit.
Shaman is definitely one to try. It feels different to play then how it looks. Elemental is my favorite tbh

I'm sticking to my guns (or in this case, spears) and continue to main Survival Hunter into Shadowlands. The Pre-patch didn't bring any massive changes to Survival, which is a great thing because it felt fine the way it is. Plus, out of all 3 hunter spec's, Survival is by far the most fun spec to play, and feels rewarding when you're outperforming a BM or MM Hunter.
