  3. Excellent, well thought out, review! I like the idea of the dice, because it allows for those "stand up and shout" moments. I had an epic experience, similar to yours, while playing Pandemic Rome with a friend. It came down to the last turn (deck ran out), and the dice had to fully cooperate in order for us to win. We won, we cheered, and we never played again. It's hard to justify getting a game to the table when you know that it won't live up to that one perfect game play experience.

  4. I played WOW once in my entire life, and my class was The J Key. My wife was a WOW player since beta, and was doing something or other in the game one evening that required a lot of things to go off and she didn't have enough fingers to press everything, so I got conscripted to tap the J key over and over for a few minutes. Those few minutes were the sum total of my WOW experience.

I got it, and can say that it's soo good, the quests with the istances or raids are so thematic to the WOW experience, and the icecrown paper model is just the icing on the cake , i think that the game is very open to custom rules and experiences too, there is probably a way to customize it making it asymmetric, where one player controls the lich king ( maybe having the scourge cards on the LK player, choosing wich one to activate and spawn minions and moving the big minions and the lich king itself but slower, wink wink halls of reflections ), if you are interested just buy it is really fun!

  13. 5:37 Jaina's Frost Armor only gives you +1 defense when you Fight. Questing is a different action, it doesn't apply. So you actually lost that game 🙂 Sorry if I ruined it.
    Great video, seeing you so excited about the game makes me even more hyped. (Currently waiting for delivery)
