  1. The guild I was in from vanilla through Litch the main tank was a paladin. The main healer was a druid. We didn't even have healing priests until Kara. Never had a warrior tank. I love paly tanks.

  2. I was kind of hoping that the most transformative runes (i.e. Meta for locks) would be the first available in the starting zones to really shake up the leveling experience and make it feel truly fresh, but I'm still enjoying the new abilities (and having Meta to level 25-60 is still gonna be huge).

  3. This is stupid and the designers should feel stupid. Where is our Silvermoon rebuild? Been waiting since Wrath of the Lich King for a rebuild and wall repair. As usual . Alliance gets everything

  4. the only reason paladin feels underwhelming in SoD is because of how awful they are by default in vanilla, giving them the basic tools for their role is a pretty huge improvement lol

  5. i dont like the location, but its done as good as it could be. Ill feel better if the NE take back darkshore, ashenvale etc. Otherwise it will feel like as a defeat regardless of how well they built it.

I will say it like they are building a story for the NE and the Undead NE to join to together and take back darkshore, with the ideal outcome of the undead NE joining the NE again (as some of them already seem to have done so if you fly around the zone, I think its tratiors ridge but thats where the mages, demon hunters, and dark rangers are basically outcast)

  6. the location is the best that it could be, the Green Dragonflight will be around to help protect it in case of trouble and the Nelfs could use the extra security as they finally can breathe easy, as unlike the rest of the races they've spent 5 years in despair and uncertainty of their future.

  7. I still believe that the wholle season of discovery is an experiment. To see WHAT people want in a future patch. Or expansion. Like… Shaman tanks. Something people have been saying for YEARS. Ever since Vanila. But then, shut down. Nope. And it would be awesome. To have a MAIL class. That is a tank. And it would work. Since when you look at Shamans. We have 1 spec for every element.. but not for Earth. Enhancement shaman is Wind, Because Windfury. Elemental is Fire, fire elemental, lava burts, flame shock . REst is water. Healing tide, chain heal. So on and so on. but there is no EARTH focused shaman. And that would be awesome to have. A wepon and shield shaman. I mean if they CAN make 3 classes that are leather users be able to tank. Then they can make a Mail class that can tank. And yeah. THey are experimenting right now to see what people want and what actualy works. So if the people love tank shamans.. THey could end up adding it. Since they can add 1 more class spec to basicly every class. SO its not just Druids being the all rounders. That can tank, melee dps, ranged caster dps and heal.

  8. I started with paladin and ended at level 6. Having a mana free crusader strike is a huge boon in vanilla. I’m currently busy with retail but when I’m done with my retail seasonal goals I’ll definitely going to play SOD
