  1. Nobbel is in physical pain summarizing it all and how it was all turned to shit. For an "ending" that was a fucking cliffhanger. Again.

EDIT: You know what's really painful? We can't even go back and play Warcraft III anymore because ActiBlizz fucked that up too and now we're stuck with it.

  2. 19:50 — If I remember correctly the reason why Sylvanas left the "honor" to kill Malfurion to Saurfang was more to ensure his loyalty to her cause. She gave Saurfang all these good reasons why the Horde should start a war (and they all made and still make sense: remember, Genn Greymane broke the truth during Legion and was never punished or called off – meaning, all in all killing Horde is still considered fair game within the Alliance, even with a peave-lover like Anduin on the Throne), and killing an enemy leader is considered to bring great honor among the Orcs. Sylvanas knew better than anyone that as a Forsaken the Horde wouldnt follow her just like that. She needed powerful, respected allies – she needed Saurfang: she yielded the kill to him, knowing that many in the Horde would respect her in return for it (dont know to say this in english: she shows generosity to Saurfang, thereby raising her own esteem in her faction in the process – something like this). Its not that she wanted Saurfang specifically to kill Malfurion, to dirty his hands for her, she just wanted the guy dead. My question is another: how could she think that she alone would be enough to kill Malfurion? I remember thinking, "hell, lady, get outta there, he's f***ing killing you, what were your thinking???". There wasnt a single moment where I thought that Sylvanas would be strong enough to beat Malfurion, this guy is a bloody 10k year old demi-god (no joke), and though she was already in legue with the Jailer it wasnt nearly enough: I'm convinced that without Saurfang's intervention she would've died. Did she plan for all this, that Saurfang would save her in the nick of time, making my whole explanation here obsolet? It doesnt make any sense – what a surprise -.-

Sylvanas didnt want to ruin Lordaeron. Blizz wanted to ruin Lordearon: cant destroy a major city of one faction while leaving the other unscathed. That, my friend, is the only reason what Lordearon was lost.

  3. during Legion you exactly knew what was going on from just watching the Expansion cinematic, but from Shadowlands you dont even know what goes on even if you know the lore of the Expansion

  4. Will never understand this nonsensical thinking people had that capturing Teldrassil was automatically "I win" for the Horde. Has anyone seen how Forsaken treat their prisoners? They would be better off dead anyway, there would be zero incentive for the Alliance to just roll over and let it become the status quo. Honestly, Sylvanas did them all a favor by simply killing them and being done with it.
