On THis World Boss WQ You need to kill [npc=167527] 20 62 in Ardenweald.

He is using few spells:

[spell=338855] – AOE Green fog on ground just run out from it. That can kill care then
[spell=339040] – It will fly small tornado around just dodge.
[spell=338853] – You will get rooted need to be healed. its take me line 14% HP every 3 sec.
[spell=338856] – more like all will get this is big range. is taking line 8% of my HP every 3 sec + slow my moves.
[spell=338857] – Just need to Interrupt.
