  1. my question to u Dalaren Gaming is: does Divine Toll interact with the First Avenger Talent from protector pala? If the shield stacks then its insane for a 1 min cooldown in a group pull in m+
    would u check this out?

  2. I dunno
Nightfae one seems pretty interesting and strong. Especially for ret all other covenant abilities are looking relatively lame and weak if compared to other classes. Divine toll only strong in aoe situations for two GCDs, nearly a ded talent for ST situations. Venthyr one seems to be good on the first. but when we look at the 4 min CD and only damaging ONE target all 2 seconds its goddamn crap. you only habe guaranteed chance that the ability damages the right target (focus target) when you use ashen hollow on ST situations..and it definitely IS a mainly single target ability even when it is an aoe spell.
Vanquisher‘s Hammer seems to be cool but even with the low CD it is another weak ability in terms for meaningful dmg output compared to abilities for other classes. it doesn‘t generates Holy Power which makes it much more worse. you just do DS and TV in one click..UUUEEEEEE not really
So only the Blessings of the Seasons is the only strong solution for us ret pallys. but choosing a GROUP or RAID covenant that doesn‘t buff our DMG output the pallys can really expect to be again on the lower part of all DMG meters..i dunno if this is a good trade so we can buff our mates

  3. Hallowed Ground is lame however will be super OP for huge dangerous pulls in dungeons and battlegrounds. Meaning it’s not useful but it is fun. That teleport is fcking dope though.

  4. It's a black elf omg… I'm sorry Mr.Tolkien we lost everything.

I mean … cmon they are not even dark, like dark elves from DnD they are brown, this should't exist at all from lore perspecrive, it's stupid.

  5. As a pally main, the Necro and Venthyr are really attractive to me. I don't see why Kyrian would need more holy help and I'm actually more interested in Kyrian for my monk. I guess this is the RP side of me, but the idea of a Paladin using their holy abilities to help an "unholy" group sounds interesting. Maybe they need a bit of help from their opposites.

I think the Venthyr ability looks attractive for Ret due to the increase in hammer usage. For me, I like the Venthyr covenant ability better than the Necro ability. Ret pally's have plenty of survivability as it is, but I wish I had more movement abilities like my monk. I think my choice between the 2 will be decided by professions ultimately – and I haven't seen a lot of guides about the best professions for each covenant.
