This is one of the first things you should do as a fresh level 20 twink, especially if you’re F2P.
I will say that the rings/necks are pretty trash compared to the “REAL” legion ilvl 28 BoE rings/necks but for a F2P they are a good place to start!

Just buy the Scouthing Map for pandaria fron Heirloom vendor to reveal all flight paths, then fly from Jade Forest to Longying Outpost.

for horde toons its faster to just jump of the cliff right next to the city you mentioned and use a glider to reach the beach of kunlai, you can also just use something that makes you travel faster in water, it can be the pandarian toy, a water mount or if you have other ideas.
