The source for the new cosmetic glasses coming in Patch 9.1 has finally been discovered–they are sold by vendors in Stormwind and Orgrimmar.

The Alliance vendor is Finn, located in the Trade District outside the barbershop in Stormwind & The Horde vendor is Ca’nees, located outside the barbershop in Orgrimmar.

Currently these NPCs sell five different styles of glasses. It is unknown if the sixth datamined pair, Shaded Spectacles, will be added to the game through a different source.
