A lot of what I took away from this, is that BM will be decent still..
And that BM could be better overall, but the AC shenanigans just nerf it.
Anti-synergy with Aspect of the Beast.. I don't even know what to say..
Bloodshed looks pretty neat, as a meaty rotational CD.
Will be interesting to see how that shakes out.
please get rid of Stampede Blizz! no one uses it.
I don't know what I'd have for Rank 2's I don't play BM enough.. But, what you said about Barbed Shot sounds like a good candidate.
Two pets for BM should be baseline and the spec should be tuned around it
hunter’s mark needs to be off GCD
I really wish pets could be a cosmetic choice. It sucks for players who roleplay or kind of roleplay personally, and also enjoy competitive content. My Frostwolf Hunter shouldn’t need to swap to a Raptor for PvP.
I didn't know of the existing of such aura, but it was clear the dmg output was not the same… they need to clarify that at least player know exactly what's going on.

animal companion is weak, because it was too strong for pvp.
Hunters still the most unsatisfying and boring class of the last 3 expansions. I'll stick to my lock and mage until the hunter class gets fixed because it's just complete ass
if Dire Beast summoned one of my pets from my stable instead of a random, boring animal I might choose that for PVE gameplay.
As a long time BM hunter at a high level, I'm using one with the pack, animal companion, thrill of the hunt, aspect of the beast, same as retail live right now. Basically we look unchanged except for those few baseline additions. The pet delay thing is nice, but I will still macro because I don't trust it- and it re-directs my pets attack quicker when I change target, probably.
What looks like it has changed is our AoE: We have less sustained AoE, and sustained AoE is something that is super super strong on BM hunters in BFA. They are compensating the nerf to our multi shot by buffing our other cooldown AoE options, meaning we have to commit to Stampede on AoE fights (e.g. Carapace) instead of winging it with multi and getting the "Free" single and AoE damage from Stomp. So basically I see us being mostly nerfed in this, but not badly.
PLay BM if you don't want to worry about refilling your health constantly, like marksman.
And if you don't want to struggle holding agro.
Both specs are easy rotation wise.

Why even add an Hunter's Mark again? I don't understand why people are obsessed with adding buttons for the sake of pressing buttons simply because it's how it used to be. They already have flare to counter stealth
