Ele won't be able to spam CL anyway because they'll run oom even while spamming sham rage on cd. Maybe with a spriest with the new group mana regen they might be able to sustain it and major mana/dark runes on cd
Lightning bolt has a higher overload proc chance so this will only be good on trash packs tbh

shams have been so busted in PVP for 3 phases now it’s crazy

Their mana consumption is just as big as their numbers. Fully oom in like 10 casts. 15-20 with pots and roll sham rages. I'd rather have better mana efficiency and way less damage than this.
Idk how geared he is but thats insane 4.5k?
