In today’s video, I show you how to easily upgrade your legendary to 291 item level. If you are only upgrading your legendary, you will need to buy a 291 ilvl base item from the auction house, have 1,650 soul cinders and 2000 cosmic flux like I show in this video.
If you are wanting to craft a brand new legendary to 291, then you will need 5,150 soul ash, 1,650 soul cinders, 2,000 cosmic flux as well as two missives, and of course a 291 ilvl base item or shell. The missives and base item can be found in the auction house. WoW Shadowlands Patch 9.2

Yeah, u missin the less important fact… We need the 291 ilvl base item, which can cost over 200k depending on your class… Lol.
Slayers, in today's video, I show you how to upgrade your legendary item to 291 ilvl. For this video, i'm using 235 ilvl boots as an example. The materials I used were a 291 base item, which cost me about 51k gold, 1,650 soul cinders which I got from farming torghast, and lastly 2000 cosmic flux which you can get from the new zone Zereth Mortis.
