Been doing some enchant flipping, buying cheap eternal crystals and selling the enchants for a decent profit
How do you undercut all day with the new throttling mechanism? If I cancel more than like 60 auctions at a time it gets super slow for a good 20 minutes
I lost 50-80k on alchemy on raid day. Prices are just too erratic to be reliable and not a gamble. Everything insta dropped 20% at peak raid times. ALways a race to bottom for pricing.
Anyone play on Emeriss?
Been having about 80-90% profit from tomes, just tomes. 7000 death blossoms gives about 330-350 tomes selling for 650g each
Sold over 20,000 goblin gliders so far in shadowlands, maybe check those out in the future! Love the vids.
Good content Breg, nice work on the way to cap!
Most of what follows is for your audience as you know this stuff.
What's selling (I have low, med, high, and full pop servers): skinning still viable on low/med (less so on higher pops).
DE blues into shards shuffle is small potatoes but works when available (e.g. buying crafted blues at 150g if shards at 150 means about a 70-110% profit depending on price). It won't make millions, but could net a few thousand for 5 min work. YMMV though.
Similarly, leather bracer (or cloth bracer) -> soul dust shuffles are still viable in places. Not really worth it on some servers though as dusts have come down to 13g in places (at 2 dust per DE, that is around the item vendor price). Also, this is only good if you have TSM and use the "continue mailing" option as you craft (something I can't believe I just stumbled upon for the first time this week….man, what a time saver THAT would have been!). Send all to a DE alt for batch DEing while watching a movie or something though. Certainly not worth it if trying to actively play (skinning or straight up gathering herbs/ores is better if active).
That same philosophy goes for the leather bow vendor shuffle. If you can get bones/leather for under 1.5g, you can still make around 16g per bow. Only viable with the TSM mail function (then batch sell on your mailbox alt). If you can craft a couple thousand of these (totally AFK) then you really only spend the time emptying the mailbox and mass vendoring. I find TSM doesn't work flawlessly so I have to keep an eye on the mailing/crafting toon, but with multiple accounts it is easy enough to have her open in another window. 16k/thousand crafted isn't much but for someone sitting on 50-100k gold to start, it is a guaranteed profit/item and can be replicated as long as mats are low. You can also skin your way for this shuffle too, but unless you want the xp from killing those skinnable mobs, best to just look for mats on the AH and do something else with your main. (Unless the leather is dirt cheap on your server but other skinned items are super expensive …then skin away and craft the items from all the leather you get)!
Big ticket flipping is always going to be the high risk/high reward option though. That is likely where I would focus my time if I was pushing for GC.
I despise the 1-9 month uncertain wait of Tmog/pets so I don't even tough that market. Yeah, it makes people gold, but I don't care to farm it and I don't care to sell it. Millions of "dbMarket" value lost in BFA after attempting when I decided I did not want to do 5000 posts every two days…I just stopped logging into the toon.
Best of luck goblins!
LMAO I thought you meant cooking in real life at first
I sell like 2000 Shadowcoreoil in 40min (30min before raid start). I am not sure how it is called in english but these both SL oils sell. Its here 58g per oil and costs like 33g. Also BFA manapots and inteligence flasks sell well. After raid I sell Inscriptions. You can sell like 120 pieces in 35min. xD
Cooking is apparently pretty profitable so far in SL.
Come to twisting EU and teach me how to make profit with 50 guys cancle posting each day 24/7. My server is so stupid I can take a r4 legendary priced at 80k gold which I sniped for 11k, post it for 20k and 20 people have matched me xd
Interesting thing I learnt watching a PvP steamer he was camping one spot and killed like 3 druids in 10mins. These are herb farming bots. if you are on a server with a daily shit ton of death blossom this is why. Kill the bots and herb prices go up, go get em boys I need my inks to be worth something!
Oh man I kind of regret going BS over LW, cause I assumed it would get to craft blue weapons as well 😅 Oh well (some of the green weapons have been selling though)!
i lost 200k milling XD
Heavy callous hide used to be 2k on my server before raid, now they sell for 4K. I had about 300 that didn’t sell and I found out they were going for double the price and I’ve sold about 100 of them
Gold makers need to start making kazzak videos. Nothing has value if you are not first on the market. legendary's don't sell at all, and if they do, it's half the cost it was to make them.
Your server is a massive outlier. Nothing sells for a profit on my server. Legendary pieces sell for a 5k loss, alchemy has 1 item that's a profit, BS/tailoring has zero profitable items and LW has nothing over 400g profit. enchants fluctuate like crazy between profit and loss. Inscription lost its profit on day 3 of the expansion. Raw materials on my server are all there is and even they are sub 100g.
9:30 YES cooking has made me quite a bit of money so far. Its starting to calm down now, but the release of the raid did boost it back up a bit
Shadowlace cloak (y)
I've mad like 700k on selling wormholes shadowlands version for about 15k each, crafting cost were 2-3k, this was early in shadowlands, not sure if its good now as most engineers allready have it
Been watching your vids for an wile and been wanting to know what perf you recommend for starting on an new sever an so on 🙂
Keen up your amazing vids man love watching them 🙂
whats better? selling flasks or potions?
