We’re days away from The War Within release. This Tuesday, August 13th, patch 11.0.2 is released as The War Within Launch Patch, bringing (Finally!) the most up to date changes to the Retribution Paladin talents and abilities. In this video, I’m covering some of the biggest changes I’ve seen and what’s worked well for me since pre-patch and from testing on the beta. While some of these changes were already implemented with pre-patch, I wanted to wait until the full talent changes went live. Great video thanks for the detailed clarifications, it helped me a lot. i have a question if you care to answer.
I'm a little confused about the mastery stacking to the teeth, is it because of the holy damage it provides? for example at 53% mastery it says my judgement has 60% chance to do additional damage and with the talent "Boundless judgement" it gives another 50% chance to proc so I'm already procing the judgement damage on every cast right? or maybe there is something i am misunderstanding about the talents/mastery relations?
