More! More! More!
I wasn't listening, sorry Jedi!
I can’t stand playing a rogue, but I never thought about quest lines I might be missing out on. Very cool episode, thanks!
This is such a cool perspective on quests people overlook
please tell us about the night elf rogue in Redridge!

Hi Jedi!
Could you imagine if the quest that sends you down to Stormwind actually involved a stealth minigame about dodging guards while you make your way to the gryphon master?
Like these little tidbits
This is the kind of stories that ALMOST makes vanilla feel like an actual sandbox-y RPG.
honestly awesome, I never thought about the tanks making a nonsensical detour, just thought it was some kinda pointless scouting mission , but they were onto something for sure !
These never miss
Hey Jedi, you know what would be amazing? If you could make a video summarizing each Classic class questline! Many people have never gone through them, and even those who do play Classic might at most see one or two of these.
Additionally, you could also consider going through the various SoD questlines. I know I only have a vague idea of most of those storylines, having only played Paladin in SoD.
ya before every class had to have the same number of things/quests there was some fun class quests, 2nd to doing my lock class mount quest in BC era, the rogue lego dagger chain was grate, the breaking into Gilneas was peak quest
Dreadlords. Just watch.
Interesting, when you reach level 10 as a dwarf/gnome warrior you can pick up a quest that sends you to Ironband's Compound, which is just to the east of the Gol'Bolar Quarry and was taken over by the Dark Irons recently. The quest text is as follows:
"My mentor, Sturgy Ironband, had a compound south of Helm's Bed Lake in eastern Dun Morogh. There he taught blacksmithing and he was the best.
But one day, one of his students brought him a load of strange ore. Master Ironband called it umbral ore and was eager to work with it, but soon after it arrived… a band of Dark Iron dwarves attacked his compound. They killed everyone!
Enter Ironband's compound, <name>, and avenge my master's death. And bring me the load of umbral ore that caused it."
The Dark Irons in the area are called Dark Iron Spies, so they might be the "contacts in the east" Onin MacHammar was referring to, and they can drop an item called Dark Iron Script. When you read the script, it says the following:
"Dirty troggs are so easy to fool. Their hatred for our kin makes it that much easier to direct them and use them as pawns. Amazes me that any kind of alliance could be forged at all, but our kin pose a much greater threat to their existence… at least for now.
After the attacks begin though, both sides are gonna be weakened and prone to our own onslaught. Take the homestead south of Helm's Bed Lake and await further instructions.
Ironforge will be ours."
I wonder if the umbral ore could have had a bigger part to play in this seemingly-scrapped storyline. Was this a precious material that was being smuggled by the siege tanks? Was it being mined from the Gol'Bolar Quarry? Were there large quantities of it being stored in Old Ironforge? And who was the student who brought Master Ironband the umbral ore in the first place, right before the Dark Irons attacked?
very interesting, i actually never played rogue
really makes you love the worldbuilding blizzard made even more
Always a pleasure to watch your videos and share it with my guildmates who also enjoy it a lot!
