Hey guys, testing out a new type of video guide here with a Shadowlands 9.0 Weekly Mythic Plus Build Guide video, in this series of videos I plan on talking you guys through the build that I’m planning on utilising in my current week of M+ as an Affliction Warlock (or warlock in general) so that you guys can have a clear understanding of why I’ve made the choices that I’ve settled on. I wish I had 25% haste… 11% is much too low. I don't have sockets unlocked either. I have such a horrible time keeping up with dots in Affliction. I do much better playing Destro. But I need more haste and I hate the maw. The vault has gotten me way more versatility than I want at my Ilvl and next to no haste improvements. I'm currently Night Fae, and I'll be staying there.
I was wondering why you were taking Vile Taint as the extra shard cost is usually too punishing, but it makes sense with the legendary.
Great new series btw. I really like this.
As an update, Venthyr so far feels decent, will be doing plenty more testing tomorrow, but overall I'd suggest staying NF unless you really want to try something different or specifically are looking to play Venth to allow more Covenant diversity with your teams!

Hey, which consumables do u prefer for mythic +? Mastery or haste food?
Is there a way that I can stay Kyrian and Destro, and still do high dps in keys this week? Only cause I am horrible at Aff, and I don't wanna completely undo all the progress I made as Kyrian.
Me at 20% haste and 72% mastery how sockets make a diff but fuck the maw but you get to 85 master and 25haste sooo tempting

So the Venty choice here is only going to work if you have a farming solid m+ group….which 90% of us won't be, and night fae will be miles stronger for that.

Hi from RU region once more! I am just back from Sjeletyven's guide https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RWF5DlVTflM. What do you think of this playstyle compared to your AC+VT one? I've done some preliminary testing on 4 targets and it appears that DPS is +/- equal, but it is obvious that ST oriented approach wil yield way more boss/prideful damage, and result in more DPS overall.
