I would like a bit of player power back from professions. MoP was my favourite for it. My main would get ore from the farm, smelt it and send it to my alchemist. Who'd make the living steel and send it back so I could make the buckles. Maybe not have the ability to add an extra socket like they did have to not have people feel pigeonholed into certain profs, but things like the spellthreads, the scribe enchants, the belt buckles I'd love to see back.
