Just delete all class covenant abilities.
So now everyone only gets 1 utility spell from covenants (blink, port, vial, shield), sorta like a 2nd racial. This would be way less confusing for players and easier to balance in pvp.
What they should do is focus in on CLASS BALANCE instead of all those "borrowed power" stuff.
Blizz saying they'll buff those next week…
So they wasted 2 weeks, one to nerf them, one to buff them back. Meanwhile some classes still have huge problems at their core and won't get any attention because the devs have to handle shitty systems that no one asked for.

Frost mage bis legendary nerfed to the ground
The intentions are pretty clear. They dont have time to balance them in normal way, so they nerf everything to reduce the impact of imbalance. They cant launch with covenant/legendaries/conduits/soulbinds doing 20%-80% dmg, but they can make them do 2%-8%.

What i dont get is, why they dont make legendaries with a possitive and a negative effekt, so you can make a choice based on style rather then strength, its not fun if all are just equally bad, then they might aswell just dont have any legendaries in at all. Right know i feel legendaries are passive talents placed on items, that you are less freely to change. And not that funny steroid they should be!
DH necrolord is a buff, it gives haste lowering the CD on some abilities too. The puddle gave attack speed.
So for arcane mage the arcane barrage been buffed to 6% per stack, up to 100 stacks? If I went 50% haste and unloaded missiles would the barrage one shot at max stacks?
Unpopular opinion: I am all for legendary passive effects being downtuned. I want to be powerful because of the class kit, not procs and passive damage increases during normal damage rotations. Give me stat stick items and let the classes shine, not the items.

scrolled through comments and didn't see one about this @supatease the blood dk change is moving damage from the aura to the abilities. It's not a buff or nerf.

I got really fucking mad about no balance druid changes except for adaptive swarm buff which still is trash btw… then They go ahead and do the buffs to balance on the ptr. Why not buff them on beta right away so i dont have to be mad lol.

BDK base modifier went from 29% – 0%, so 29% weaker, do the other changes made make up the difference or am I reading the post wrong?

Yo my guy. Can you answer a question for me. So as a mage if I play with a rogue can’t you use venthyr ability service in stone. Like once I’m about to die I can either blink next to a caster or stand next to melee and rogue can Kidney the target so they soak the 100% of my health as damage when I die.
These changes are good and in the right direction. Balancing legendaries is a legendary idea. They just need to change a couple of numbers. From 15 to 90 is just weird and makes you ask "what were you thinking?" if they made it 30, that'd make sense.
