Switched from MW monk to resto druid and really enjoying it. Heart of the Wild with Convoke Spirits is beast mode.
I've been playing wow on and off since vanilla. This is the first time since WotLK that I've really felt engaged and genuinely enjoying the levelling experience. I'm only 56 ATM; so haven't played all zones yet, but what I've seen so far is fantastic.
I'm not sure how leveling my alts will go as I can see the heavily linear story being a bit stale after the 2nd/3rd playthrough.
My biggest issue is finding a guild ATM. Leveling solo can get a bit lonely.
I've been playing since Tuesday afternoon, just my farm main, questing as feral, haven't done any dungeons, I'm literally 59.55 and now halfway through revendreth, it has been an uncomfortable slog, I haven't enjoyed it, I can see what people have enjoyed about the campaign but as far as I'm concerned it's too long, too monotonous and other than a couple of high points it's been the same crap, kill this many, pick up this many, activate this, this and this.
I genuinely have felt exhausted by it and am glad my alts will be doing something different, anything different, one day I may want to experience it all again but how many times can you go through a zone and settle a civil war before it drives you insane.
I'm actually quite disappointed, I'm sure that will change when I hit 60 but until then what have I achieved, the same campaign three times in a row and now I'm halfway through a 'curveball', I've collected 4 variants of the same transmog, tried a few abilities which were mostly underwhelming, spent too much time figuring out who to click on because half the quest givers are too big for the screen so that emblem doesn't even appear, the list goes on.
I don't honestly do too much of endgame, I don't raid and I don't do M+, I barely even do dungeons at all past heroic, so a story that isn't gripping kinda tilts me.
Enhancement going from 50% haste to 8 made me want to kill myself.
Nope the group phasing was trash, leveling with my wife, or other guildies just didnt work at all. We need to drop group, regroup to get around bugged quests and other reasons. If you group then the minimum is you should just be together.
Haven't had a single issue so far. Not even a single disconnect or a second of queue. It's my first time on retail wow and it couldn't be better

The fix Blizzard tried to pull is how it should be since they introduced world quests, no wonder people cry over it 5 years later.
Bruh Revendreth lagged like the one hamster they usually have in the wheel was on a coffee break.
DH + The Hunt + Torghast power giving you Hunt CD reset on kill is AMAZING FYI.

I think that's a great change and if they had ANOUNCED it then it would have been easy to account for and enjoy my launch experience. Loving the expansion but that was not handled well =/

All these people levelling there 2nd char. Some of us filthy casual try hards are still only level 55. And actually don't care. Are and are loving it 😊.

I had to server transfer from Area 52 to low pop server due to 5k+ queue to log in. The kicker is I have to wait for 2+ hours to log in to PAY to server transfer because Blizz took away online server transfer. I could only do it in game once you reach the character screen. At the very least they should have offered free character server transfer instead of forcing us to pay for the privilege of getting screwed over
The Mythictrap website was a godsend resource that I never knew about until you mentioned it. Allowed us to carry under geared and very inexperienced players through the Mythic 0s. THANK YOU.
I leveled the dub rogue first. In shadow dance it's really fun. Outside of shadow dance I feel like I'm slapping mobs with a pool noodle which feels awful. Almost got the druid to 60 and having a blast. I'm guessing this will be the main. I picked Kyrian ciz it's supposedly the best all the way around but man I like death's door…decisions decisions.
Paladin as usual forever main. Venthyr and im loving it and its even the best for me for raiding right now at least numbers wise. I will be pissed if I have to change it. Also fuck Spires. I wish I never had a reason to go there. Each pack is with hard hitting mobs and bunch of mele interupts required for 90% of the packs. It will be nightmare for m+.

me and the missus are in the same guild on the same server, we have done all the quests together, we had to keep going back to oribos to group up. if we logged out in the field or out. and logged back in we wouldn't see each other, because we were on different shards? how, same guild, same server, loggin in and out almost the same times!
according to the game ui, we were in different phases and had to go back to a sancutury to phase together WTF? why?
Second character is so much easier…two toons close to 160il
