  1. As someone who's been spending a lot of time in Ardenweald, I think this video's really interesting especially in the context of the Wildseeds. We are picking and choosing which souls are reincarnated, while others are dried of all anima. I think this is something incredibly corrupt, especially when the Winter Queen almost destroyed Yesera's Wildseed out of spite (that Ysera is her sister's creation). I would love to see you do a video on the corruption throughout each zone of the Shadowlands.

  2. The possible flaw in her theory, one that Anduin may help her to understand over time, is that unless you are the sovereign God of all worlds/dimensions/etc. i.e. the most powerful being in all realities, you will not have guaranteed free will. That God may or may not grant you free will, but if the God is evil, you will not have it. If that God is perfect (Holy), you may have it, but there will be consequences for those freely made decisions that are disapproved of. A neutral all powerful deity is perhaps possible, but unlikely.

And no, I'm not trying to get into, nor inviting, a theological discussion here. I'm just saying that total freedom seems to be what Sylvana wants, but is an impossible dream within the universe of World of Warcraft unless Sylvanas finds a way to be higher in power than all other entities, either by gaining enough power, or by bringing them all down, which sounds like what she and the Jailer intend on attempting. The Titans, the Old Gods, the Death Gods, etc. etc. will all attempt to maintain some semblance of control over their particular realities, and even try to dominate others. I think that Anduin will lead her to this conclusion — that in the end, she is most likely on a fool's errand. I could of course be wrong. But it will be awesome to see how all of this plays out!

  3. If you open your mind you realize the people who write wow lore are just not that good, so many other characters missused or underdeveloped, time travelling shit, weird ass cosmology, I mean i think blizzard would hire good quality writers, but it seems they hired the first random person they encountered which only likes one character and likes to put her on the spotligth all the time

  4. Why is Sylvanas is helping the jailer when the jailers is directly responsible for what happened to her? I mean, she talks about how the world is a prison and how in death you do not have options but she is helping the one that propiciated she becoming a banshee? if anything sylvanas should be very angry at the jailers because thanks to his actions she became what it is now, because of his actions she lost her freedom and became a banshee forever,

  5. It is also possible that we will convince some of the eternal ones that their ways are flawed and need to change. I can see us fighting some of them however. (not including Denathrius for obvious reasons lol)

  6. I honestly dont believe is love for Nathanos because Sylvanas does feel love. She loves her sisters and when Vereesa abandoned her she had a mental breakdown so I dont think is love in a romantic specifically but more like who we can spend it with. When Sylvanas killed herself she probably wanted to see her mother and brother again but was denyed of that opportinity

Say you were a soldier and at the end you want to see your family in the afterlive, to finally rest after a life of battle but instead of seeing them, you are sent to an afterlive where all you are meant to do is more fighting, more war; or your memory being wipped out to serve in Bastion. those are Not afterlives I'd want and I think thats what Sylvanas meant with that pause. who do we spend it with.

and more likely Blizz left it like that so its up to interpretation.

  7. You keep going about how those who are brought back only have an echo of a emotion. What ever happened to the rest? This does sound conspiratorial but is that what Anima is? All the extra emotions has to go somewhere and more importantly, do something.

  8. The Jailor and Sylvanus for the win 🙌 the titans broke the real order and cycle between life and death. They used spirits to power themselves and their placed proxies and suffocating deaths and stop natural passing through the maw and rebirth. Light dies to become void and void dies returning to the light. Life needs death to have meaning and death needs life to exist lol. Here comes the universe restart. And the pretty much dead universe will return to the cycle and be reborn to fight and be balanced again. Stop being slaves to the titans and the light. The Jailor doesn't actually bother with us until we butcher his troops and trash his garden. Titans, light and "order". Then void and "disorder" is just control where death is free. Life uncontrolled is free. And Anduin and Sylvanus are soo soul binding

  9. It makes sense for sylvanas's lore it's always been like this for her. She spend most of her life severing the chains of control to give herself freedom. she's not the type to willingly be under someone's chain unless she's trying to find a way to sever it even from within like before with Arthas.

  10. I'm far far from it but I grew up in a very Christian home and have been to church every Sunday as a kid listening to sermons. you literally are doing WoW sermons like you are genuinely doing the same thing some of the best pastors I've known do with the bible but with WoW.
I'M LOVING IT YOU EARNED A SUB.
also I've been on the Queen's side since the beginning. I'm a Sylvanas loyalist through and through 😁

  11. What do I think of this, you ask?

I think with Blizzard's track record of upping the ante with each expansion it makes sense. Burning Crusade: New world and the Legion to fight. WotLK: New Zone + Arthas. Cata: Deathwing and the dragonflights. Mists: the Mogu and Garrosh goes nuts; defies time to give us Warlords. On and on with each expansion the pot gets bigger and bigger, and now were discussing the possibility of attempting to overthrow the Eternal Ones and the afterlife itself in its entirety.

They have to keep the game alive, so how do they do that after Warlords? Well, Blizzard already brought back the Legion, so that's out the window. They brought back the old AvH wars from vanilla with a twist and then some in BFA. How do they top that when they show Illidan and the Old Gods at the end of BFA?

Easy. Make us fight something/someone even bigger and harder than anything before! AND WIN!
I hope you end up being right. If you are, it means Sylvanas is not "redeemed" but rather she is proven to have been right all along, and therefore she is not wholly evil as many of her detractors claim.

I also hope she doesn't end up sacrificing herself or becoming a martyr because I want her to live on, but that's just me.

  12. That makes no sense to me. If she can't feel love then she could have said it cause she will be talking in general and not about her. If she feels and does not know what love feels like then that pause is not love in my view. Now I do think it is love but that would then say that she does understand it enough and strong enough that she had to pause the way she did.

  13. For a while, we thought she wanted to be the queen of the dead. What if, she is going to take that from the Jailer? I mean, if the shadowlands were his, taking over the shadowlands is the ultimate queen of the dead.

  14. We sniped out Denathrius. Primus got yeeted before we got there. Archon is reconsidering the rigidity of her whole “The Path” idea after Devos’ fall in SoA. Winter Queen was convinced to sacrifice her own life force to bring Ysera back.

Foreshadowing? You may just be on to something, Acco

  15. dude… im not even a minute in, I ALREADY agree with her and the jailer. its clear we're chattel, we're livestock, we're fattened and harvested for a cause we cant control and our free will is an illusion, dude, i get that, im ALREADY on board with that. I agree with Devos in Bastion…. the question isnt are we going to see the script flipped, its, are we going to do shit about it? and the answer is no.

even if the Shadowlands is a universe scale concentration camp we're going to just return it to status-quo and move on. there will be a rhetorical acknowledgement IF THAT of the truth, and an agreement that "some things need to change"; but thats it. no grand revolution.

  16. Considering this comes after battle for azeroth. Is it possible the system of free will we are going to get a new wow where there's no longer a horde and alliance?

Breaking the cycle of hatred and experience wow without the faction determining our fate.

  17. When Sargeras promised the Eredar power he delivered. Same with Kiljaden when he promised the orcs power
The elements stopped responding to the orc shamans and warlock powers were given to them making them more powerful

But they were weilding powers of death and suffering

  18. Anduin told Sylvanas that the Jailer might be using Sylvanas as a tool. I think Sylvanas already know that and plans to backstab the Jailer before he backstabs her. Also, Sylvanas is probably aware the Jailer is listening and watching the conversation by using his Eye of the Jailer (The Jailer's player threat level detection and sight tool).

  19. I think the Jailer will kill the Eternal Ones during the final battle between the Four Major Covenants & the Mawsworn. Either that or the Eternal Ones will sacrifice their own lives in destroying the Jailer. This will leave a power vacuum with only the Arbiter being the last Eternal One. Also, Kael'thas and Uther, unlike the other mortals in the Shadowlands, are not ready to lead the covenants. It is likely that Margrave Sin'dane will die in the final battle which can finally allow Draka to become the new Primus. If that is the case, that means that the new leaders of the Shadowlands will be the Arbiter (again), a Paragon who becomes the new Archon of Bastion, Ysera as the new Queen of Ardenweald, Draka as the new Primus of Maldraxxus, and Prince Renethal as the High Councillor of the Court of Harvesters' Oligarchy rule of Revendreth (Renethal clearly stated that Revendreth will be ruled by the Court of Harvesters after Denathrius' defeat but the Tithelord and Fearstalker roles have to be filled in.)

  20. I might be wrong about it, but their relationship is really close to that of palpatine – vader – luke in star wars the return of the jedi, palp being the jailor, sylvanas being vader and anduin being luke

  21. If I were to work for blizzard and become a writer for their storylines, this is like next level 900IQ plot development that I wouldn't have even thought of, and that's why after watching this, I think that you are on the right track. I think that the final raid of the shadowlands will involve us fighting the 3 remaining eternal ones and who knows the arbiter may be the final boss.

  22. The character of sylvanas has never been founded or built on romance so it will be very disappointing and also amateurish of storytelling at this point if this is where blizzard decided to go with her. There’s not a major incident on her history of romeo and juliet like for blizzard to all of a sudden be her driving force to act how she is today

  23. The way Sylvanas is and the way sge plots and schemes is the way an Elf should be. She has between 200 to 5000 yeard of life experience (i would say around 1500)
That makes u fucking witty. Because you start to predict what people will do or say. This is why i hate Tyrande. She seems so clueless all the time, and led by emotion
