The game has been out for 17 years when can we get hotfixes that only affect PvE ??? I have seen changes where it says "not applied to instanced PvP" but it seems like they only do that some of the time. Why?
"armor is less valuable now" I literally hate that why do you give me the armor of a heavy plate class then invent ways to circumnavigate it rather than include it in any realy or meaningful capacity.
