11:20 Venthyr is currently the best raiding covenant for Prot Paladin because of how insane Ashen Hollow is. It gives you the highest possible single target damage output as well as massive amounts of healing when it’s down. As you can see by that world top tank lol.
Plus, who doesn’t think a “Blood Paladin” sounds cool?
Side Note: Kyrian may seem to make sense for Paladin because of how “light” themed they seem to be on the surface but the Venthyr’s focus on repentance and punishing the wicked makes more sense for the core philosophies of the Paladin order. Just sayin.
Prot is really fun right now, and I can’t remember a better iteration, at least for me. Highly recommend.
My raid lead still thinks Vengeance is bad for raids, because for two expansions it was the worst tank for raiding.
I try to tell him to look at Warcraft logs and top guilds but the idea that Vengeance is “the mythic+ tank” is so ingrained in his stupid head that he just refuses to believe me.
