I thought I could kind of cheat the system by not getting conduits I don’t like first so that the rng pool is smaller and it only upgrades my good ones… but you confirmed that it’s not possible. Also you answered my second question which is how many ilvls one usage gives you.

Tips: You can buy all four ilvl 226 conduits from PvP Conquest vendor Zo'zorg in Oribos to speed up the process to get all conduits to ilvl 226.

Wish I found this video before I just wasted 3 of these items only to recieve 145 conduits of garbage ones I'm never going to use……sigh
