First haven't touched Wow in almost a year and it feels good

Worked on the raid we got one boss down on normal it was fun but tougher than we thought. I am liking the pvp and the upgrading from the vendor seems a much better than bfa.
What I appreciate about this expansion is that I can play at my pace. I don't feel like I have to spend hours and hours grinding just to be 'considered' for a group or raid spot. There are a lot of activities but it is my choice whether or not to do them and I don't feel punished if I choose not to do them.
I am not at level 60 yet on any toon. I am just strolling through the content and enjoying the story and the wonderful art work
The only thing that feels pressuring is the amount of time I have to play before work starts.

Had a great time so far 7/10 normal 3/10 heroic and got a total of 2 drops from all that. Loving how punishing the mechanics are and how when you do finally beat the encounter its super rewarding just from a personal achievement level getting the rare loot drop is just an added bonus
5/10 as of yesterday and didn't get any loot at all lol
@Soul. Do you have openings in your Guild? What’s your realm name and guild so I can request membership. I run mythic + mostly and do a bit of everything.
A lack of loot and timed stuff tells me they have a big gap coming in content. February will see a lot of people quitting.

My sub runs until march. I will probably quit then, because of exactly the things you're mentioning in this video. WoW is going back to a more traditional gearing system and I hate it. It's limiting. I feel like a second rate customer because of the type of content I prefer to do. I want to feel powerful doing the content I do, and with this type of gearing; I simply can't do that. WoW is going backwards and it sucks.
I was having a GREAT time in raid this week!! Yes the extra loots was a bit odd…but no complaints. and the number of BoE's we got was also strange…and no complaints their either. We knocked over 6 in norms and had fun learning how to cheese specific mechanics . Go back in on Monday to see if we can topple another 1/2 …or hell perhaps even clear it(doubtful). I'm loving the mix of old and new mechanics I'm seeing in new combinations. And having to SAVE Kael'Thas? WTF was the "setback" this time?
