For a while there I thought you guys are done with wow cinematics.
This cinematic is parth of patch 9.2 which is still not live yet, it's only on the private test realm so this cinematic is definitely the latest one.
Long story short, Sylvanas helps Zovaal getting to full power and apparently he is powerful enough to reset reality and make it as he wants it and then when Zovaal says that all will serve him, Sylvanas turns on him and then Zovaal gives Sylvanas's soul back because it was taken away when Arthas killed her with Frostmourne, thats why her eyes are blue like high elves and not red anymore.
So now that she has her soul back she is no longer responsible for all the things she did when she didn't had a soul, she can play the victim by whining and complaining about what Arthas did even tho he was under the control of Frostmourne which was created by Zovaal, and Sylvanas helped Zovaal getting his full power.
