Whilst leveling my alt Rogue in Bastion I came across this question quite quickly. I did some research and decided to share it with you all.

I'm not going to choose sides like this. I'll keep the quest active and just untrack it, so they'll stare at each other forever and ever..
You feed the treats to the larion standing right next to the person you buy the treats from and they will become your pet and follow you around and fight for you that's the point of it
Feed the treat to the larion next to Nemea and it becomes your pet.
I think later you might actually use it for flying so better roll with Larion in my opinion.
Pride or Unit
Pride = Larion
Unit = Phalanx
Thanks for the video. Great job! In mythology there are some winged lions called Lammasu from the Babylonian or Assyrian empires. There is a winged tiger that is associated with Dionysis from Greek mythology.
I assume by now you must already know, but in case not: You can toss larion treats to WILD larions, so long as they have not aggro'ed at you, and they will become your follower for a while. You can do this repeatedly, and have a whole pride of larions following and fighting for you.
Thanks for this video. I literally spent 30 minutes trying to figure out the mounts that this quest dropped to finally learn that it didn't give a mount. XD
