As a casual World of Warcraft player I wondered if the new Shadowlands expansion was for me. I’m usually not digging too deep into endgame content and prefer to level my alts instead. So, I bought the expansion and I played the Shadowlands expansion right from the start. I have been playing for about 6 weeks and I think I’m at a point where I can do a proper first impressions or review video.

  2. Oh btw if new players watch this, Heroic dungeons are not the hardest ones. After Heroic you have Mythic dungeons which are a bit harder and after that you have Mythic+ also known as " m+ " which scales in levels +1 / +2 /+3 and so on. You can do these by using mythic keystones which you get after completing a normal Mythic Dungeon or you can use a friends key or a random player you group with in LFG. Note that m+ dungeons have a timer if you complete it in time you get an upgrade to the keystone you're running so if you had a +1 you'll get a +2 or +3 depending how much time you took, also the rewards increase the faster you complete these dungeons. You can do as many of these as you like but first you have to gear up to get into these.

  4. The best way for casuals to gear up is to finish the covenant campaign and get 197 gear, or random pvp and get some conquest and honor gear. I would recommend skipping the heroic dungeons and tried to pug m0.
