  1. Pvp is totally fucked if this happens. Cc and kicks make up the outplay aspect of the game. They should Just nerf melee kick cd times and force ape specs to play well and balance rogue and games fixed.

    Blizzard needs to watch this or hire snutz and people who actually play the game.

  2. These changes are, imo, targetted towards improving the healer experience – which can be rough when you are met with frequent, brief CC. Alternative suggestion to improve healer experience: Bake interrupts into the 'silences' DR category and potentially make that category go from 100% CC duration to immune, like knockbacks. That way you still have your standard CC types and chains but casted heals can only be stopped with interrupts and silences once every 18 seconds. You would obviously have to remove precog.

  3. blizz just go back to season 13/14/15 , that was the closest you ever got to do it right. ajust that just a little bit more this a little bit less that and done… all we have better now in my point of view its the talent tree nothing more.

  4. I think these changes hurt a lot more for other classes then rogues, Sap into kidney into blind on healer and cheap shot on the kill, they won't be finishing in a stun but they still have the potential to kill. Stupid changes. So dissapointing

  5. I've hated playing with the cc reduction, I thought shadowlands was fine most people complained about the wet noodling doing no damage untill cooldowns and modifiers could all stack but now everything does way too much damage and cc is shorter. doesnt make sense and its not fun!

  6. I absolutely HATED BFA pvp because no one could do anything until dampening got super high. Even watch Blizzcon teams would sit behind a pilar under like 30% Dampening. PLEASE BLIZZARD NO MORE 15min DAMPENING MATCHES ITS BORING TO WATCH!

  7. So if nobody is casting cc right now (your example of feral not taking clone), with the damage reduced on crits a little they might actually need to start lining up cc with those changes. And the cc length of clone is still the same with the changes…

  8. 100% a cc problem. Don't mind most classes doing 80k dps in pvp where 1 stray stun puts a healer so far behind they actually can't recover. Little bit of a melee rant here but every zugger has a MS and the throughput to never cc your healer and kill through every defensive.

  9. I think the casters having the best time right now if these changes go tru then they should add some backfire on precog if you get kicked while using precog then the kick duration is 200% if you fake the kick then you can get the 15%haste the cc immun.

  10. Yo snutz long time fan I think its mostly healers in the 1600-2100 range upset with sitting long 16+sec cc chains. I'm mostly stuck duelist and past couple expansions that's what my healers complain about the most.

  11. Current iteration of Kidney shot with trinket bonus is 5.4 seconds after the reduction. I highly doubt that a 0.4 second difference will make a 1600 player win or not. Pros will be fine, they have always adjusted to the meta, and this just changes things slightly. Its not that big of a deal.

  12. I treated myself to a month of wow in January.
    There is sometimes too much CC in the instant sector, and also in the micro sector.

    at least in the time i played it feels like there are no casters at all. everyone only plays for instant spells.

    crit change good and maybe set GCD to 1 sec so that the game is a bit more relaxed and then leave cc for now. or nerf insta cc slightly.

  13. This effectively guts hunters. Let's not forget the CD time on all of these CCs. Essentially 30s window for hunters. If Scatter continues to share DR with trap, it will be even more pointless then it already is. 1 minute for intim stun for a 3s duration?? That's incredibly dumb. All for a 6s CC that might just get instantly removed from MD or reverse magic… As is, getting traps as SV can be a high risk action. If I'm diving in deep with harpoon, I'm already taking myself out of position and now likely using globals to get back on target. By the time I get back to the target… I get 3-4 globals in a perfect scenario? Awful changes.

  14. CC is bad on FOTM melee. DK has like 8 interrupts. That's the problem, not CC like sheep and fear. Strip Melee off micro CC and you have a better game.

    Polymorph needs to be updated, not heal anymore. Mage is severely crippled due to Polymorph, now this does not justify that handicap anymore. Mage is a pure DPS class with no means to kill anything by itself, all it can do is spam DMG, LMAO, this is terrible. Even Disc has a better toolkit and does some decent DMG.

  15. i think the cc duration reduction is a knee jerk but not the worst idea, that said, the damage being how it is and how stupid TTKs are and burst in general is why it is being done, this wouldnt have been needed if damage and kill times were left how they were in bfa but everyone advocated for "PeOpLe tO dIE" and now the game is and has been in this awful state from SL till now. the focus on burst and cool downs needs to be lessened, period. the game needs to be simpler to attract newer and less pvp oriented players or the community will die. no one likes the current cod like pacing/meta that wow pvp has become.

  16. Tbh i just think the majority of the complains were coming from main healers like myself. Think ab what are first two reason why healers kinda quit this ssn and dont wanna play or have fun anymore.
    Number 1: Dmg way too high (reverting crit value can normalize it again) and Number 2: Too much cc (with this change we might see alot healers coming back). Maybe this is blizzard way to fix the healer issue instead of changing the Solo Shuffle system.
