  1. Delves are not going to be anywhere near as hard as you want them to be. If they did that, people would bitch because the rewards weren’t on par with Mythic / raids, etc.

Also, people want to run things as fast as possible to get their xp and loot, which makes difficulty not conducive to that play style.

  2. Im worried that if it has similar gameplay to dragonflight I wont enjoy it, I like the idea of Talent Trees and Love Classic Wow, but the new Talent Tree's and Rotations seem wayyy too complex for me and the fact I need a huge Weak Aura / Addon in order to functionally Raid in Retail seems offputting, Its wild because I was a Raider During Shadowlands and I didn't feel like the rotations were too complex back then, I quit and played WOTLK classic and came back to Dragonflight Late and everything was offputtingly complex. Im Worried The War Within adding Hero Spec Talent Trees on top of Dragon Flight Talents is just going to be wayy too complex.

  3. Am I the only one who really doesn't like it so far? I can't help it but Dwelves feel like Torghast + there is borrowed power once again. Zones feel like BfA which is a massive warning. Hero talents will only make it more imbalanced as I am certain it will take Blizz whole seasons to figure that out. Besides that there is nothing new or interesting. Big sigh for me

  4. I agree with the cautious optimism for this expansion, though I hope they do NOT make the solo content really hard, the mage tower was popular because it offered a reward that was permanent and based on FOMO, but the mage tower experience itself SUCKED!! I hated the Shadowlands tower too, it really really sucked especially having good gear locked behind it, I do NOT want that to happen with this expansion. It should be an alternative route to getting geared enough to be able to start raiding without difficulty, that's the only way it'll work. Overdesign is what has killed the game for a lot of people so keep it simple, keep it fun and folks who don't play(like me) will come back!

  5. I hope delves works out. Sometimes I'm tired and solo old raids or dungeons. This would be wonderful for the game. And like he said, good for testing your character, other than only dungeons.

  6. SWTOR actually had seamless solo instances for players back in like 2012 when they launched. The class quests often took you into solo instances of buildings, caves, etc. The flashpoints (their dungeons) did have loading screens, though.

  7. how can you say DF didnt feel like wow ? for many it has been the best expansion in the game, and it felt more like wow than anything that came before. oh well, to each their own I guess. I am looking forward to TWW , seems like they're making some solid choices.

  8. Who cares. What is death? The Shadowlands ruined the game when it comes to life and death. Probably something they should have done differently. If someone does, portal to the SL and bring them back to the current capital city… problem solved.

  9. Delves look really fun and hopefully bridge the gap between people who enjoy doing solo/world content with those that prefer to do group content like raiding and M+. Myself for instance I feel comfortable doing harder tier content but I don't enjoy everything involved with doing so with a group of players.
