Delves are coming to World of Warcraft in The War Within and along with them, World of Warcraft’s Gearing system will be changed especially for solo players and players who do not raid or do mythic plus. This is a big switch from how things have been in the past and the way PvP, Raiding, and mythic plus have been the major pillars of the game.

Delves and follower dungeons are great. WoW has tons of awful, toxic assholes in it and I don't want to interact with them at all much less have them influence my ability to interact with a game system.
Always wondered why they call it the World of Warcraft instead the Raids of Warcraft.
This sounds great i just got back into the game and i noticed i started getting triggered alot lately (also on meds that kind of make it easier for this ) . Seems more buttheads then 10 years ago when i use to play.
Eh, this really just has the smell of irrelevant content that will be meaningless after the first month of the expansion.
Blizzard never pushes anything this hard that can sustain player interaction naturally.
You aren’t forced to do it like Islands or Torghast, but I just believe that Delves will end up being in that heap of dead content very soon after launch

I’m going to use Follower dungeons to start getting in to healing without getting death threats and called names. An I think delves are great for people like me. I don’t have a lot of friends playing wow. I work 3 shifts up to 70 hours a week and it’s hard for me getting in to groups. And again get death threats for making a mistake. I’ll still be doing M+ but gearing sound nice in TWW.
Delves look so lame .
Hate group content like M+ cause i want go at my pace no rush.
I like followers dungeons but npcs are too weak and dont gear up .
Why they dont put followers in heroic mythic 0 and raid finder so we dont have to wait for hours to play .
Used to multibox so i love managing a group .
My dream is play group content wit my alts as npc followers with their gear upgrade .
I've had a lot of fun with the delves on the beta, I'm hoping it gives me something interesting to do outside M+ and raids (I do both with my guild but I don't like pugging much).
Hopefully the higher tier delves won't be a pushover, but I suspect that certain specs (i.e. self-sustain tanks) will be able to trivialise it.

I don't have hours of time to spam dungeons or raids , but15 minutes would be doable.
I have never done Mythic +. Why? the environment is just too toxic to get through and learn it. That got started from the timers and stuff. But now, this has been removed, and it does not matter. I did not care about them. That is mostly cause I am an old-school player. The mentality now is, say, like my old guild. We were an AOTC "Heroic Only" guild. BUT – If you did not do Mythic +, you were doing it wrong. Thankfully, my DPS holds its own, and I never had to do them. LOL, I've been raiding since LK. WW, I am gonna take the more casual approach. Actually, enjoy the GAME for once. It does not feel like a part-time job all the time. I am really looking forward to the Delve system.
With the changes to the tracks, hero gear in tww is what champion gear is now unfortunately.
So if delves existed in df s4, they would effectively be giving you champion gear from vault. Not really relevant to anyone wanting to do challenging content.
I think the solo content is Great, I'm a solo player as well.
I was a mid-level raider and M+ enjoyer 2 expansions ago. Got tired of players at both ends of the spectrum, the elitest jerks as well as the newbs looking for a carry. So I ventured off to play SOD and Cata but am now looking forward to Delves. For people like me this is a fantastic alternative.
Delvs are the main reason I'll be playing tww, I did not enjoy dragonflight as much as I thought I would
As someone who’s work schedule consists of 12 hour days and swapping from days to nights. The solo content that wow has been building up has been a god send to what has kept me playing. Not having the time or ability to high level raid or mythic plus just made gearing up feeling like a build up with no climax. Now with this and follower dungeons I have somewhere to really test my skills. Wow is so back! ❤

my only problem with this solo activities in a MMO is that usually creates a category of super high end geared not so skilled players that poor in to the skilled parts of the game like M+.I am on the super high end m+ game player and man….trust me,a freakin' 5 with super geared solo players is harder than 20s…Not once i actually did more HPS in low end keys with geared players from solo content than in 20s…no joke…just to keep X and Y alive that is maxed out and all he dose is auto attack…other than that….i think Blizz should have Tetris that rewards legendary items so ppl can do they'r thing in SW/Ogri but please ,for the love of god,just because you have access to high end gear,don't even try to play high end content..
If anything ruined the original intent of the mmo aspect of WoW, it will have been Group Finder, not high level solo content. How is going through an instance with four people you've never met, and may never be grouped with again, any different from running an instance with an NPC. There is no personal connection anyway. They are just objects you use to assist you in achieving a goal. Any four people would have served the same purpose. Or any four bots.

I just hope that delves last longer than an expansion. Fix what needs to be fixed and improved upon and bring it back in the future expansions.
The level of toxicity is the reason why I never venture doing Mythic+ I do enjoy raids, I can deal the toxicity in LFR and Normal raids since there are a lot of players. I avoid Heroic because elitists ruin the experience. I guess those kinds of people have no real life outside of WOW. Thanks to Delves I can get high tier gear.
