Hello! Have you made a video on what toys you can collect in BFA by making a character on the opposite faction? I just got my Two side of the story achievement and noticed there’s a lot of goodies to get when playing the opposite faction
Either it was bugged previously or a much lower chance but today I had a Bristlecone Bone-Breaker also spawn the rare and the Bone-Breakers are just the normal mobs you'll find the in area, so TLDR kill any of the Spriggans in the area

Best way to get the mob to spawn is to form a raid farming group that will kill everything there.
