The good and bad parts of the current iteration of the Arms Warrior.
Top things I want to see changed in Dragonflight:
1. Improve baseline Whirlwind ~50% (currently feels bad to spend rage on it without talent or borrowed power investment)
2. Improve baseline Slam ~50% (currently feels bad to spend rage on it)
3. Remove increased enemy damage taken from Deep Wounds and give us back some of that BFA bleed damage (but make it stack or accumulate like Ignite or something so it is not bad in single target) — rebalance damage abilities around this
4. Generally better talent balance (so many little things like remove AoE from Dreadnaught)
5. Generally less reliance on Sweeping Strikes and Execute
6. Remove Intervene / Ignore Pain / Spell Reflect, more Charge / Heroic Leap
