You need an item called "Skystrider Glider" and you have to find an NPC that grants a buff named "Sunstrider's blessing". A regular Goblin Glider won't work because these two items grant a special ability you need to be able to do the encounter once you're on him. Also, I believe you need to be Kyrion as well unless the Sunstrider Glider is able to be sold on the AH.
