  1. What if… after Zovaal's attempt at seizing the sigils… Elune took something and left the Shadowlands so if Zovaal ever got free, his plan would fall short because Elune is out of reach

  2. I'm starting to think that Zovaal and the Jailer are two different people. I think Zovaal is under the influence of domination magic and thats why some are referencing him as brother and Kyrestia and "monster".

  3. @11:32 Now that I think about it, Elune HAS to have had quite the presence in the Shadowlands—she's The Winter Queen's sister, and Naaru were (a) created by Elune, and (b) first created in Dawnkeep, in the Shadowlands. REALLY makes you wonder!

  4. I don't know if you ever read this but I had to talk about it. A lot of people seems to be missing the similarities that I saw.

I think blizzard inspired from god and goddes in witchcraft mythology, elune related to the moon just like the goddes and zoval probably the ultimate ruler of death realms just like the god. In the myths goddes was a queen of an incredibly advanced civilization (first ones?) that was corrupted, in order to find salvation goddes marches with her army to the underworld and in the end god promises that lost people shall return to her again as thet complete their cyle(kinda complicated stuff). Last part is about winterqueen, ardenweald and most importantly ordering/re-ordering of shadowlands. Goddes has 3 forms or 2 sisters (changes in variations). it's kinda look elune, winterqueen and eonar to me (might not include eonar).

Myths about witcraft might be hard to find and it seems there less information specially in internet bcuz to be honest it's not an egyptian or scandinavian mythology, it's not populer to make games about it like god of war or AC series . You can search for term wicca and that will gave you a starting point.

thanx for reading tho ^^(if you did so)

  5. I think everyone is going to be disappointed to find out there's no mystery in The Purpose and that it's nothing more than the term they use to describe the series of subroutines and limitations programmed to regulate the behavior of Oribos' servants, who are clearly just anima constructs, personable as their dialogue is. They have no free will but The Purpose, which is basically just their tasks, because maintaining the flow of souls is like packaging coke: That shit's valuable and things run more smoothly when your servants don't (can't) ask a lot of questions.
