  1. this is about the right time for me to go back to WoW and check out the content that came after 9.1. I have not seen Korthia or Zereth Mortis yet, and by the time I'm "done" with Zereth Mortis the 9.2.5 patch could be out. …but then I look to my right and see Elden Ring which I want to start playing too.
I guess 1 or 2 more months of WoW break for me, and then I'll dive back in and see just how badly "the systems of the afterlive" are designed (to say it with the Zovaal's words).
It would be so much more enjoyable if I managed to make friends in the game.. but as long as i can do pretty much everything alone, I'm the "lone wolf" guy that looks at others having fun but is too shy to go over to them. I want the game to push me towards that more.
I think the human/social aspect of WoW could be WAY bigger. Even a "boring system" or "old content" can become fun, if you are doing it with the right people. Because then you draw your fun from playing with others, and not from the content itself. In my opinion, Blizzard needs to put way more focus on this. It would shut up a lot of people that speed through content and then complain that there is nothing more to do. If you log in because you look forward to playing/talking with your friends, the content itself matters less. And more people would be happy for a longer time before they start to get bored.

  2. Even though the rtwf is an interesting watch a lot of the problems in WoW can be linked to it. It would be much better for the health of the whole game if the race was over before the EU servers came up.

  3. Was a interesting interview with the raid encounter leader? The interview was supposed to have been a week earlier… so I think the blizzard themselves had no idea that the raid would take as long as it did.

  4. Self regulation is all they need if you can't self regulate yourself and how much you play if its a problem you're playing to much that is on you. You choose how and much you play bottom line

  5. i dont blame limit for taking a break after echo won. nobody cares if your second or 22nd, first is what matters to people that the wfr matters to, after that its not worth the mental, physical, and emotional strain.

  6. Vestige of the Devourers is back (still on?) the vendor as of 19:11 EU server (draenor) time, at least. It wasn't there for my character with only gathering professions however, so maybe there is some level of check/requirement/etc that takes place.

  7. Nobody cares that these people legit are playing the game on the hardest difficulty and subjecting themselves to grueling hours. You're in a RACE. You don't get a break! Tough up buttercups. So glad Liquid choked as they are the ones that are complaining the most. Elites, yet so soft. 🤣
