it's funny we have been ignore as heroes since vanilla
Just bought it, cause I had to have it.
All World of Warcraft content, including the Lore content, really went down the hill. I really enjoyed listening to Lore speculation while i drive to work for example, just to get some peace of mind for a certain amount of time. However … everything remotely linked to WoW and Blizzard is unbearable to watch at this point in time. Its all about negativity and shitstorms, justified or not, i dont care. Might be best to check back when 10.0 drops and there is actual new stuff to dream about and not only some company drama i couldnt care less about. i really wish them the best of luck to improve the working-conditions but the isle of peace lore content creators once provided is no longer there
I had the choice between this one and folk and fairy tales. I picked the fairy tale book, no regrets. Far more care and attention went into this one. Maybe Blizzard should slow down on the books, it doesn't seem like they can properly handle the workload of doing multiples at once.
Current blizzard could never write a war of the ancients series at this point. Their mindset is so far off from when they wrote all those great books.
what a shame they killed this game with shadowlands… incompetent boobs.
New Warcraft supportive media is all lore mcnuggets. Momentarily interesting and even a little satisfying until you realize it has no lasting taste or nutrition. And then the lingering regret/ disappointment that you didn't have something better.
Seems like you're taking the Grimoire from YOUR perspective as someone who completely understands and dedicates themselves to the lore… Do you think this book was written for those of us who have dedicated ourselves to the lore, or to those who do not completely understand the lore…? Real Belluar & his little sidekick energy here.
EDIT: Even so, as someone who has been following the lore of the game since BC, I really enjoyed the Grimoire. I felt like I learned a lot through the reading, and because of the book, I am looking forward to the lore to come. I just dont appreciate the whole "WE NEED ALL THE ANSWERS RIGHT NOW OR BLIZZ SUCKS AT WRITING" energy. Give it time. Let them tell their story.
